FASHION LUNCHEON Pattern Vintage Reproduction
Fits Barbie, Candi and Fashion Royalty!

MFB-1656 $6.50 S&H $2.00

"Fashion Luncheon" is an exquisite vintage couture design from 1966. In contrast to the original pale pink (and Mattel's recent repro), the turquoise version on this pattern shows the dynamic impact a fresh, vibrant color can make. With this pattern from Mini-Fashion Boutique you can recreate the vintage look in any color you like! As in the original, the slim dress features a satin bodice and linen skirt, with the vintage technique for the zipper replicated for the back closure.

A satin collar band encircles the linen jacket accented by jabot with a rhinestone "pin." A floral cluster, featuring hand-painted floral buds, adorns the satin hat.

This pattern is a complete re-design which was originally part of my Aileen’s Petite Fashions collection. Clear, precisely-drawn pattern pieces and a separate instruction booklet with illustrations for specific steps come in a 6" x 9" white envelope with color photo on the front, as shown above. A BONUS glove pattern is included.

Comment by Patricia E. (used with permission):

"WOW, all I can say about your Fashion Luncheon pattern is, it went together like a dream! The fit is so perfect, the only thing I have left to do is put in the zipper.... I made the outfit in a grayish/eggplant tweed with a rich eggplant satin trim, and then I made long med. gray gloves to go with it. All I can say is the outfit is stunning on my red haired silkstone! As soon as I can I will take some pictures and send them to you, I am looking forward to making the Career Girl outfit...! I can't say enough good things about your pattern, it was so nice to sit down and make something that fit without altering. I want to make another outfit in white, I have a really neat white nubby satin finished fabric...then I thought on the white satin band I would scatter pearls over it... the ideas are endless! Looking forward to seeing more new patterns from you, they are worth every penny! Patricia"
