Gabrielle

Gabrielle was born in 1664 in the Highlands of Scotland to the leader of a small village, Atholl Perth. She is a natural born witch being the 7th daughter of a 7th daughter. At the age of 5 a cruel vampire named Rahn came into their village. He saw her mother and immediately wanted her so badly that he killed her father and took mother and daughter to his castle. After years of refusing him, Gabrielle’s mother smuggles her out of the castle and Rahn then killed her.

At the age of 10, Gabrielle had been in hiding in the Highlands when she came upon a boy, Robert. Eventually, Robert took Gabrielle to his home where after hearing her tale, his family took her in. She lives with then for 8 years and slowly she and Robert fall in love and plan to marry. But on the eve of their wedding, Rahn finally finds her and kills Robert and the family that she has grown to love. He takes Gabrielle back to his castle, a prisoner. He holds her captive for two years and Gabrielle plans her sweet revenge at any price. Slowly she seems to warm to Rahn and one dark night gives herself to him. She plays the role well for 2 weeks and finally convinces Rahn to share the Dark Gift with her. She knows that with these powers mixed with her natural born powers she can defeat him. The very next night, before Rahn awakes, Gabrielle goes quietly into his chamber. She opens his coffin and lies atop him. As she sweetly kisses his cold lips and he looks her in the eyes, she hides her thoughts from him and plunges a stake deep in his heart.

Gabrielle, finally free and having the revenge she has so long waited for wonders throughout the centuries alone. One day she happens upon a tavern and enters it. She immediately feels at home there. She finds a small cottage deep in the Succubus Glades near the tavern and makes it her home. She lives there alone and visits the tavern often to see the creatures, some like herself that she has come to think of as family.
