The Crystal Springs Golf Resort provides a variety of opportunities for golfers of all skill levels to participate in competitive programs.

Member Appreciation Tournaments:   A variety of memberships are available to golfers ranging from the popular Rewards Membership to the Premium Golf Membership.  One of the many benefits of membership is the monthly Membership Appreciation Tournament featuring a variety of golf competitions played on each of the Resort's courses. 

A Membership Appreciation Championship Tournament is held at the end of the season for golfers who have qualified in the monthly events. 

Crystal Springs Leaderboard Competition & Tournament:  The Leaderboard competition is available to all who play golf on the Resort's 7 golf courses.  Upon the completion of a round the golf card should be signed and submitted to the Pro Shop along with a GHIN handicap number.  The score cards submitted are listed on the Crystal Springs Leaderboard and ranked by gross and net scores. 

At the conclusion of the golf season, the top gross and net female and male golfers are invited to a Leaderboard Shootout Tournament to determine season Champions.

Parent/Junior Tournaments:  The Crystal Springs Golf Resort offers an outstanding Junior Golf Program at the Minerals Golf Club.  This program includes free clinics for junior golfers with shortened tees, larger holes and golf carts that can seat six to accommodate the need for adult supervision in the use of a golf cart. 

The Minerals Junior Golf Program includes three Parent/Junior Tournaments during the summer following a 2 golfer team (parent/junior) scramble format.

Golf Leagues:  The Crystal Springs Golf Resort hosts a number of golf leagues during the week at its 7 golf courses.  The League Standing of teams and golfers participating in leagues is updated weekly, with the top teams and golfers in each of the leagues competing in end of the golf season championships to determine the season champions.

9 & Dine Tournaments:  One of the most popular competitive programs offered by the Crystal Springs Golf Resort is the 9 & Dine Tournament Program played on select Friday evenings at the Black Bear and Ballyowen Golf Clubs. 

The event features a four golfer scramble format, with golfers teeing off beginning at 4:30 PM and completing play through 9 holes.  The Team scores are tallied while the golfers enjoy a delicious dinner often made even more enjoyable by a beautiful sunset.  Awards are given to the top three teams along with skill awards for closest to the pin and longest drive.
