| Dear Lord, Let me be a guiding light To those who struggle in the night. In everything I say and do, May the love the Christ come shining through. As I pray on bended knee, Release me from sin's misery. Let your healing balm begin To cleanse my heart and soul within. When my faith is sorely tested, Keep me sheltered and protected. Give me strength to face each day, And by my side, please always stary. Let me not succumb to greed, But give a hand to those in need. I do not ask for worldly pleasures, Self-acclaim, or earthly treasures. All I ask is that I be A reflection of Your love for me. I pray my highest hope becomes, "Not my will, but Thine be done".
