(8h)The vehicle in the image above at the New York International Auto Show was one of several with aluminum (or stainless steel) bodies such as the YES! car ,the Hirklan, both new small beginning companies. Their finished surfaces were buffed in a linear pattern giving the cars a nice surface. A suggestion was made to them of an alternate texture which was used at the entry to Verizon's cellular store on 6th and 42nd where the erxterior wall panels were randomly scuffed with emery sanding discs giving quite a flashy look as shown in the image below. They told me that they would take a look at them.(cont)

(8i)As mentioned in the image (8h) above the panels reflect the light differently as viewers position changes relative to it,giving them a fluctuating pattern.(cont)

(8j)The Hirklan model above is also a polished aluminum surface and one of their representative was giving it a linear rubdown. I suggested to both carmakers to coat the surfaces with with a transparent poly urethane like on floors protecting the surface keep its luster. This car reminded me of an old car I was converting into a future design.See the small sketch shown just above it. That was in 1950. I had begun using a 1938 ford frame ,adapted a brand new 1950 Mercury engine block($205.00 Canada dollars). After some night classes at the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts using clay and plaster molds of live models, busts, nudes, I decided to make a futuristic car such as in the sketch above and make a full size one. The driver was ,as shown seated at the center, it had no doors (hop over). If it rained a zippered dome roof under air pressure with bleeder relief valves would be used to keep it up using pressure from air ducts when in motion and an air blower when stopped for a light. When you would get out, you would unzip the roof hop out then zip it closed during the rain. Back home in the garage you zip the entire roof off after you let it dry then fold it and put it in your glove compartment. the rear end of the design had a curved shape like most new models today. The front had protruding headlights with parking ,low, and high beams and the nose slightly curved with radiator grill at a lower position. Templates were being drawn up from the model to make an inverted mold for a fiberglas body .When I was offered a new job in New Jersey in 1954 a year went by when someone bought the car put the old 38 rumble seat body on it and used the souped up engine and all to 'stockcar' race with it .He'd win most of them. The Future Car was never finished.. bur the zip on roof can still be applied to these new cars I mentioned at the show including it being used on future convertibles for all companies should they wish. Don't forget to cut me in on it,I got many other ideas.

----See below.Global concept for electric vehicles having universal(size and voltage) batteries available at exchange stations anywhere on the planet and requiring no more than a minute to swap. It's in the trillions of dollars. (EURO$ or whatever). No kidding! The price of gas is going up and it will continue. Its obvious, this simplest of concepts will progressively replace the gas pump. Although some are dragging their feet others won't wait. Mergers such as Exxon....Daimler....etc., are a hint of what's coming and the others better wise up soon or be left behind. Russia China and India,(should any of them refused, the other(s) shall be considered to be the sole licensees till Jan.1st 2005, upon conditions,to initiate and proceed with the development of this global system. Thus giving them a head start for their efforts and contributions. Not mentioned yet many other features to complement this concept will be introduced soon to minimize redevelopment of the vehicles for future applications to new highway systems and, further yet, high speed guideway systems (see page four), a global network.
In the near future ,to the interest and advantage of all who would want to participate in a conference to standardize
and share input to optimize for a first generation a system permitting in the least time all countries and corporations
participating to propel us forward and with a new way of thinking. With egoes aside watch us go.

"OIL PRICES GOING THROUGH THE ROOF" Daily news Jan.27,00 p.7

LET'S FIGHT BACK...HERE'S HOW !With our candidates talking tough about the environment, as well as other leaders of the world also, no longer will the "Mickey Mouse" approach suffice for the electric auto industries and their power replenishment. Should any countries or corporations be interested in the ideas below let them contact me.What they need, as shown, is one standard battery size with one voltage (55v)which fit all future Electric Vehicles and permitting all of them to stop at any battery exchange stations, replace them, and be on their way in a minute. Those spent ones prgressively get recharged and are passed on to other customers later. In other words, a universal concept with the same quick power replenishment at the gas pump today is needed. The present infrastructure seeking billions in cash, think they'll now soak you and me at the pump then try to grab this concept shown below to continue their present monopoly. To stop them let's contact all electric vehicle manufacturers (see list below)and make them aware of this infrastructure shown below in order to establish standards on all vehicles, batteries and exchange stations for them to participate also if interested.Competitions is what's needed to prevent the same ones to grab it all thru a new monopoly. The more we get volunteers who can reach globally all those investing in the EV electric vehicle domain the sooner we can prevent the BIG GRAB.Here's a list to be expanded on later ....www.evaa.org, also ...www.evac.ca,..www.evs.org/evs17, ... www.calstart.org, ..and many more to come. As we may see (click in "page 4" below) those future EV cars could then safely be adapted to that global maglev transport system shown with interfacing parameters mentioned in it. (cont)

(IMAGE NO.1 & 2)below, whose sections will be enlarged as soon as I can get help to rescan them in this index, relate to electric vehicles, swap batteries, and the infrastructure, namely the recharge stations. Considerations for Russia,China, and India(should any decline, the other(s) only may pursue it)to,for a limited time,be given a conditional and non-exclusive license should they take the initiative to "get the ball rolling" and begin the new infrastructure for others to participate later.A billion vehicles will roam this planet soon, and with at least 2 of those 'standard' batteries such as shown in the article "the final choice" below plus those stored in the recharge stations all over this planet at least a trillion dollars in batteries alone could provide to help develop a new market for many new developing countries to help their economies. These countries (..to be named later..)will also with the others previously mentioned have the opportunity to 'get rolling'.
