Steroids include sterols, such as cholesterol, bile acids from the liver, adrenal hormones, sex hormones, and poisons found in certain toads. However with all those ingredients, all steroids are different. Some steroid users say they actually know when they are good and bad. Each steroid package has different arrangements of atoms so all steroids have different effects on living things, also individual organisms may react different to the same steroids.
Since steroids are illegal in the United States they have to be smuggled over the boarder to get to US citizens. You are able to buy steroids online or in other countries where they are legal. The United States has tried to stop illegal steroids form coming into the US but it will never happen.
