Guard Lingo

• Drop spin - slow boring flag move down up down up
• Tick tock - silk goes left right above your head and left right by your feet
• Swimmies - make like your rowing a kayak with your silk, alternating sides
• Push 'pin - turn your top hand retarted and push the pole around....less boring than drop spins...sort of
• Figure 8 - make counter-clockwise circle above your head and a clockwise circle by the ground
• Speed spins - Lauren's favorite thing in the whole wide world!!!! silk goes down left up right
• Butterfly - long 12 count purty move that looks like a wing (thus the name...butterflies have wings and they're purty......)
• Around the waist - above the head - pretty much is what it's called...you swing the pole around your waist then spin it above your head.
