1 medium onion
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro (fresh coriander leaf)
1 Teaspoon white wine or cider vinegar
1 level teaspoon sugar
1 Tablespoon fresh lemon juice
pepper to taste
Mash avocados into a smooth paste. Mix in lemon juice, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper. Chop the rest of the ingredients and stir into the avocado mix.
Let stand for 15 minutes and serve with warm tortilla chips.
