1st Overall Pick
Czech Republic Renegades - Forrest "Freedom" Williams
Forest is a great player who can shoot and has great accuracy. He isn't a greedy player either, he has good assists too. Forrest is likely #1 overall draft pick with Greg K. not going into the draft.
2nd Overall Pick
Buffalo Phantoms - Greg Ferrino
Buffalo's owner can only take one of his two players before the draft and obviously he is taken Greg Kowalcyzk. So Ferrino is the obvious choice here to help the team out and have an active owner. This is a big booster player for this team.
3rd Overall Pick
St. Louis Stallions - James Kidd
It's a wonder why I would pick Kidd to drop this far. He is the commissioner of this league and is an all star player. The Stallions are just very lucky to have him drop to third pick, and will definitly be a BIG help this year for this team in the opening season.
4th Overall Pick
Green Bay Blizzard - JaMichael Harvey
Harvey is an awesome player, and will be the leader for this team, he can shoot, pass, and can score pretty easily. Look for him to surprise everyone and be the top 1st round choice even if he was the last one taken in the first round.
Second Round
5th Overall Pick
Green Bay Blizzard - Brian De Young
With a goalie in Wade Williams, owners selection before draft, and a good offensive player JaMichael Harvey, De Young will help this team be balanced with a good defense. It will definitly be a BIG plus for this team to have a great offensive player and defensive player.
6th Overall Pick
St. Louis Stallions - James Sircumalot Jr.
An excellent goalie, it is a wonder how he dropped so far. Then you realize that some of the teams already have their owners goalies and they don't need goalies. So he dropped down here, and the Stallions will jump all over him. He will help this team alot when it comes clutch time, and shutouts will be the key as he leads the league.
7th Overall Pick
Buffalo Phantoms - Colby Giguere
Just missing out on the best goalie in the league, the Phantoms will have to settle for Colby. Don't get me wrong he will help the team out alot, but Cummy by far is the best in the league. Colby will be a big player on the team though.
8th Overall Pick
Czech Republic Renegades - Ryan Hessler
Looking for a good defensive player, they will probably take Hessler. The owner and the player go way back and they will probably make a good duo. Forrest and Hessler could help balance out a good defense and offense together.
