Hello and welcome to the official GoldFiber website. GoldFiber is a New Jersey Based, original rock band. Jon Cooper, Jared Haywood, and Scott Slackter founded the band in summer of 2002. The trio rocks stages mainly in NJ and Philadelphia They play an interesting blend of alternative, punk, rock. From humble beginnings, playing in an abandoned house with a piecemealed equipment and a borrowed drum set, they slowly worked their way to a dusty basement. During the course of the next several months they put together some songs and practiced regularly. Finaly a real band took shape. One of GF's early shows was played at the famous Stone Pony in Asbury Park, NJ. Rock is in these boys blood. This website is a window to their passion. WANTED: fans to join the journey. Enjoy!!!
