CREMASSE(SWEET CORDIAL)

Careful! They go down pretty smoothly.

1/4 cup sweetened condensed mik

1/4 cup dark rum 

Combine in measuring cup & stir well. Pour 
into 4 cordial glasses. Also delicious served 
over crushed ice in cocktail glasses. From

ORANGE CHAMPAGNE COCKTAIL
1 3/4 cup chilled champagne

2 cups chilled gingerale

1 cup chilled orange juice

strawberries, washed, hulled & sliced
 
Combine all ingredients in pitcher. Serve in 
glasses with a few strawberry slices. You'll 
wish you would have doubled the recipe. Best 
to make gingerale ice cubes ahead to use in 
the pitcher.also nice to put a berry in each 
cube, or a leaf of mint in some of the cubes.

PEPPERMINT SCHNAPPS
5 1/2 cups sugar

10 cups water

Boil at an easy boil for 5 minutes. 
Add 1 bottle ( 1 oz. ) Peppermint extract
Let cool a bit. 
Add 1 1/2 pints (3 cups) Everclear alcohol. Pour into empty booze bottles that have been thoroughly cleaned. Can be used right away. For double batch, use 5 lbs. sugar.

CHRISTMAS PUNCH
2 sm Bx Cherry Jello

2 sm Cn Frozen Orange Juice

1 sm Cn pink Lemonade

32 oz Unsweetened Pineapple Juice
 
Mix all ingredients listed according to 
directions on package and then mix 
all together and refigerate for 24 
hours
