Baked Macaroni & Cheese
In 9 x 13pan melt 1 stick margarine
add 2 1/2 C. uncooked macaroni
1/2 lb. or more Velvetta, cubed
1 quart milk
Bake at 350 for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered

Ground Beef Gyros
1/2 C. chopped seeded cucumber
2 T minced onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp. sugar
Filling:
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. salt-optional
3/4 tsp. pepper
4 pita breads, halved and warmed
3 C. shredded lettuce
1 large tomato, chopped
1 small onion, sliced
In a bowl, combine the first 5 ingredients. Cover and refrigerate.
In a bowl, combine beef and seasonings; mix well. Shape into four patties. Grill, covered over medium hot heat for 10-12 minutes, turning once. Cut patties into thin slices and stuff into pita halves. Add lettuce tomato and onion. Serve with yogurt sauce. Serves 4.
