While Tea was sure that Todd would never hurt their baby. She did not want the baby to here it's father's angry words which were sure to come. Todd's eyes scan down to her bulging belly seeing for the first time that she is indeed pregnant.

"What the", is all he manages before Viki breaks in.

"Todd, before you say one word, I want you to know something. Tea almost lost this baby tonight. So at least try and be civil", Viki says getting in his face.

"No. That's okay, Viki. Let him say what he needs to say. I can take it and so can this baby. We are both strong", Tea says looking defiantly at Todd.

Todd continues to stare at Tea's belly, trying to comprehend the situation. A thousand things are going through his mind. What is she doing here? Why is she here? What brought her back to Llanview? Did she come back to be with him? Who is the baby's father? While he hoped he knew the answer to the last one, he wasn't positive.

"Are you and your baby allright?" he manages to ask.

Tea is shocked by Todd's question. While she was sure Todd was genuinely concerned, she had fully intended to be bombarded with angry accusations.

"Yes. The doctors gave me some medicine to stop the contractions.It seems to be working. I haven't had any for awhile now", Tea answers.

"You we're in labor? How far along are you?", he asks as if the answer couldn't mean anything to him.

Tea, however, knows that he is trying to figure out weather or not he is the baby's father. You never come right out with it do you Manning?

While she is saddened to think he could believe it is another man's baby. She understands why he would think that.

"7 months", she answers. Viki finally speaks up, "I'm going to find Ben. I'll tell him your feeling better Tea."

"Thank you, Viki. I appreciate the help", Tea says, giving the older woman a smile.

Viki smiles back. She turns to Todd as she is leaving the room,"Try not to let to much of your anger out. Tea needs to remain calm for that baby's sake."

Todd stares at Viki. He shakes his head as if acknowledging what she said. He is still reeling from finding Tea lying in a hospital bed, 7 months pregnant! 7 months pregnant. That means she got pregnant in May. That means it could very well be his baby. She was out there all this time, pregnant! All of the sudden the words of the note came back to him. It's not your fault this time. I'm the one to blame.

Todd immediately gets angry thinking she might have been with another man while she was with him. He notices how tightly Tea is clutching her stomach. What does she think? That I would hurt that child? She of all people should realize that I would never hurt a child, mine or anyone else's. The anger begins to boil inside him.

"So, tell me Delgado. Just how many guys are the potential daddy, to be?" he asks sarcastically.

There it is, she thinks. Come at me baby. I knew you had it in you. Give me all you got. Just remember, I give as good as I get.

"Well at this point, I narrowed it down to 4. It could either be Brad Pitt, Prince Charles, Lenny Kravitz or you. Brad and Charlie said their too tied up with their respective others to be involved. So, I figured I'd try you on my way to see Lenny," she says snidely.

Despite himself, Todd cracks a smile. Only Delgado would give him an answer like that.

"Gee, I appreciate the thought. At least I wasn't last on the list", he says bitterly.

"Your the father ,Todd. Whether you choose to believe that or not, it's the truth", Tea says looking him squarely in the eye.

Your eyes don't lie, he thinks. "So, is that why your here? To tell me that you've been pregnant all this time and didn't even bother to call. Or, we're you just passing through town and didn't think I would find out?" Todd asks.

"I had every intention of telling you. Circumstances beyond my control, deemed it impossible until now. In fact, I had intended to tell you last night. However, you were otherwise occupied by your little girlfriend," Tea says defensively.

"Girlfriend? You mean Jenny? She's, wait a minute, I don't have to explain myself to you. You split on me! I have every right to do and see whatever and whoever I please, without your consent," he says angrily.

"Gee Todd. I don't remember you being so understanding about John and RJ. In fact as I recall you tried to kill RJ", she says the last part so low only Todd can hear her and the people in the hall can't.

Todd steps toward her so he is standing right next to her. "Will you shut up about that," he whispers through clenched teeth. "I just got myself out of that mess. I don't need you stirring it up again. Plus, my business with Jenny, is my business, not yours got it," he says.

"Business, huh Todd? Making more business deals? Don't forget you got more than you bargained for with your last business deal. Of course, if you need a lawyer I'm not taking any case right now but if you need me to look over any papers I'd be happy to," Tea says. "However, if your planning to marry this girl, you know, for legal reasons....you might want to rethink that position. After all, you've committed alot of crimes but to my knowledge bigamy isn't one of them," Tea says as non-chalant as she can considering she's nervous as hell.

"You're amazing you know that. Your back all of five minutes, that I know of anyway! You've turned everything upside down, dropped a bombshell in my lap. And what? I'm supposed to just welcome you back with open arms?" Todd says with disbelief.

"No. Believe me Todd, I never thought you'd just welcome me back with open arms. If you think I'll play second fiddle to your blond bimbo though, your wrong. I intend to fight for what belongs to me. As I see it, you belong to me. Just like I belong to you and I'll fight anyone who stands in my way. You taught me that, Todd. Never give up, never give in," Tea says as strongly as she can considering all the pain she is still in physically.

Before Todd can respond a nurse enters the room. "I'm sorry sir, Ms. Delgado, really needs her rest. You're welcome to come back tomorrow", she says.

Todd continues to stare at Tea, who simply looks defiant. You'd never know that she was still in pain from delivering almost two months early. He knew she was though. She would just never show it. Even though he still had a lot of things to say, he thought it was best to leave. There would be plenty for arguing later. Getting into it now wouldn't do anybody any good, especially the baby. The baby. God, could it really be his child in her belly? If so, why didn't she tell him sooner? Why wait till now?

"All right", he says staring straight at Tea. "I will be back", he says pointing at Tea.

"I never thought you wouldn't be," she says.

Outside in the hall

Viki is explaining what is going on to Ben.

"Ben. You just don't understand. Todd, he's different when he is with her. Don't get me wrong, he loved Blair but he was a different person with Tea. She brought out the best in him. Now that she's back, I have every belief that they'll be together," Viki says to Ben as they walk down the hall.

As they walk past, Jenny heads for the payphone. Picking it up and dialing, the other end finally answers. "Zach, baby, we've got a problem", she says to the person on the other end.
