Katelyn and Stephanie got home around 10:00PM. Katelyn was in the living room when Stephanie came down. Stephanie was standing in the doorway when she said, "Kate, Can I talk to you?"
"Yeah, sure. What's the matter?" "You know what I did this morning, right?" "Yes. I was there." "Well, I'm glad that I did it because I helped a friend but..." "But, what?" "I feel so bad." "Why?"
Stephanie just stood there for a minute.
"Steph?" "Kate, I don't feel very well." she said before she blacked out. "Ohmigod!" Katelyn said while running over to her.
She didn't know what to do so she went over to the phone and called Katie.
The phone kept ringing and ringing. Katelyn was about to hang up when she heard somebody say, "Hello?"
"Katie?" "Yeah." "Did I wake you?" "Yeah, but that's ok. What's up?" "I was talking to Stephanie and then all of a sudden she blacked out and I don't know what to do." "First of all, calm down and I'll be right over and second, you have to call AJ." "I don't know his cell phone number." "Then call Brian and tell him." "Ok."
Katie hung up the phone and then she got up and got dressed. Then she ran out the door.
Katelyn hung up the phone. She took a deep breath and picked the phone back up. She dialed Brian's number.
"Hello?" "Bri?" "Kate, What's the matter?" "Well, I was talking to Stephanie and then..." "Kate, calm down. She took a deep breath and then continued, "Then she blacked out. I called Katie and she's on her way over." "Ohmigod. Wait. Did you tell AJ?" "I don't have his number." "Stephanie does." "Oh. Well, why don't I go over and ask her?" "Sorry. Let me go tell AJ." "Alright." They both hung up.
A couple of minutes later, Katie came running in the house.
"Were you just going to leave her here on the floor?" "Well, yeah." "Why?" "Because I can't lift her." "Look at her. She can't weigh that much."
Katelyn got up off the couch. Her and Katie picked Stephanie up off the floor and put her on the couch. They tried everything to get Stephanie to come consious. They couldn't so they called for an ambulance.
