Knock out the first Koffing you see and wait till the other one gets really close to the evolution pool(note he will not go over it) and hit him in. A big cloud of smoke should apear, snap it. This is very hard and may take a few hours but at least you can say you got 64 pokemon. Save it in your album pictures.
