These images show the damage to a large 25 year old hemlock tree.
I'm trying to find if the damage has been caused by over spray of an herbicide,
or from some other source.
This is a detail showing the white substance that is found on the branches.It could be the sap from the tree.
From left to right.
Most of the tree looks very health and has a deep green color.
Some parts are yellowing with some white sap.
The tips on a small part of the tree are completely bare of needles.
