UNHEARD VOICES
When I dance, I dance alone
As Wind blows through my hair
I grasp Breeze within my fist
And watch Him disappear
Must the Winds run afar?
I watch Rose take bloom
Her beauty cannot be broken.
Not a soul before me
I have nothing to fear
But fear itself?
The echo of my breath
Sends others to flee
Why are they afraid?
Afraid of me.
Locked in hatred, I cannot part
With the one thing which sets me
Apart
From the rest.
My heart, my soul
My mind brings me here.
My chariot of thorns
And dreadful fear
Alone.
But what is that I hear?
Rose beckons me again.
Her beauty, so fair-but shall it last?
She will fade fast into the Night
Along with Wind's gentle breath
But I, will remain here
In my glory.
I dance into the blackness
Mute to all of hate
I dance with pride
I dance with love
Unique
