It is a legend
of old
A story sad, but true
About an
evil so powerful
That it could even harm
you
It can make death cry the tear of
blood
And control the whip of
steel
It can make a skeleton beg to be free
of it's chains of hell
And cries of mercy
pass right through
He is invunerable to
the dragon of fire
And to the bat of
diamonds
He is the man of night
The
glory of the moon
His only enemy is the
heart of life
And the twitching
sunlight
That puts his demons back to
rest
In their graves so far under
The
tombstones stand out for justice
And the
scripture for their eternal rest
