Turns out, Sailor Neptune holds 1 of the 3 talisman that create the Holy Grail. After, she is able to use her talisman - a mirror - as a weapon. Her attacks involve the ocean & are very powerful. Sailor Neptune is part of the Outher Senshi. In the past & future, these Senshi protect the kingdoms of the Moon people bloodline from outside threats.
