Not much is known about Chibi Chibi. She can't talk, all she says is "chibi chibi" or imitate what other people say. She floated down w/ an umbrella 1 day (Mary Poppins!!!) & when she landed she lost her grip on it. Usagi saw what happened & got her umbrella back. Then Chibi Chibi started following her. Usagi finally gave her the slip, but when she got home, there was her mom... with Chibi Chibi!! Usagi's mom scolded Usagi for leaving w/o taking her little sister!! Everyone realized something was up, but decided to let Chibi Chibi stay with the Tsukino family... she looked harmless enough. Then in the final episode, Chibi Chibi's true identity is revealed: she's the remnant of Sailor Galaxia's starseed Galaxia herself sent out, after she sealed Chaos in her body, to find the 1 of Love & Justice. (Sailor Moon...)
