1 cup sugar
1 cup vegan peanut butter
1/3 cup silken tofu
1 tsp. vanilla
a few handfuls of vegan chocolate chips(usually generic brands dont have milkfat or whey
bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 325 degrees. when they come out of the oven, they bubble,
don't be scared, just don't touch them until they cool down, or they'll crumble
and look like roadkill(like sarah so eloquently put a few weeks ago when we made them).
