Volunteers are needed to man our table at JERSEY CENTRAL'S Mother Seton Train Show on March 26th. We have had a table there for three of the last four years; this is always a GREAT SHOW, a good mix of both model trains and railroadiana. We also need donations of excess trains or railroadiana you might have, material we can sell to raise money for our organization. Surely everyone must have something they don't want anymore, consider donating it, we will sell it! Let us hear from you .......

Our first monthly work party was held January 28th, thanks to those members who came out, we could have used more help but we got by with those who showed up. Special thanks to member Dave Gilbert who provided a truck tractor and Phillipsburg Bridge for providing a forklift. We managed to move seven C&S passenger cars into trailer storage, this provides additional room at the firehouse for other activities. This month's work session will be FEBRUARY 25th.

This past Tuesday evening, our proposals for a museum and operation of the miniature railroad were presented to Phillipsburg Town Council. Council President Paul Rummerfield said he would like the town's recently hired Urban Enterprise Zone director to review the proposals before council decides on the plan.
