Many fisherman use earth worms and minnows, for bass fishing.
Large bass feed along the lilly pads, and shinners are good baits. The shinner should be hooked live and swimming.
Near the lake banks, large bass feed on nite crawlers. The bait only has to be hooked once or twice, on the hook.
