THE FRIDAY EVENING SESSION OF ROCK AND ROLL is a college radio program in Toms River New Jersey. The Session is on WOCC 96.5 cable FM the student-run radio station of Ocean County College . Pat Kelly has been hosting the show in various forms since September of 1990. Then, the show used to be on Friday afternoons, as the station ceased broadcasting at 5 PM. From September 1991 thru May 1992, Pat did a Tuesday and Thursday afternoon show along with station member Tara Gant. But ever since then, the Session has been in the 6-10 eastern time slot on Fridays. The show plays rock and roll from the 70's, 80's and today with a HEAVY emphasis on the 1980's and the decades artists. In December of 1996, we obtained internet access and got this site up in January of 1997. The site is made using a Sega Saturn Net Link and Angelfire Communications .
