Aerial Photos of CCM, Randolph, NJ

The photos on this site were taken in early 1998 by myself and Damian DelGaizo.
Camera used was a fully auto Chinon SLR with Kodak 400 film.
We used Damain's 1942 Piper Cub J-3 (flying clockwise around CCM at about 55 MPH).
The J-3 is a great plane for this purpose since the right side door/window folds out of the way.
Wind buffeting made film reloading difficult (I shot three rolls).
Thank goodness the camera was fully automatic!!!!
We also managed a brief VHS video from the plane.
Hope to get back in the spring (probably in my Aeronca) for more pix.

The picture above is a view of CCM. Henderson Hall is in the lower right.
"A" Building appears just to the upper left of center.
During film loading, I accidentally re-set the camera's date stamp.
That's why the date looks like a "Y2K" problem!

Another view of CCM; The High Tech Building is in the center of the Photo
We tried to "crop" out as much of the (yellow) wing strut as possible.
