19-21 May > District Seven 54th Annual Convention- Hosted by the Aria Chorus, the annual District convention, competition and concert will take place this weekend. On Saturday, May 20 at the Most Sacred Heart Church in Wallington, 8 choruses from NJ, NY, CT and Philadelphia will compete with Polish choral works. Mass will follow in the church at 7:00 PM and immediately after, a dinner dance will take place in the church hall. On Sunday, May 21 at 3:00 PM at the William Carlos Williams Center in Rutherford, One Williams Plaza, the choruses will combine to sing a gala concert of sacred music led by our General Music Director, Jan Sporek and other conductors of the District. 5 July > Polish Night at Eisenhower Park, Glen Cove, LI The Aria Chorus joins the Polish Singers Alliance District Seven for a performance at the amphitheater among other groups during this annual festival event. Performance begins at 8:00 PM. Call 201-935-2807 for directions.

16 May > "Homage to Chopin" Gala Concert - PSAA District Seven Convention Concert - Come hear 10 Polish-American choirs from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Philadelphia join forces in honoring Poland's most beloved composer! This event will be held in the John Cranford Adams Playhouse on the Hofstra University campus featuring music of Chopin in celebration of the 150th anniversary of his death, including Polonaise in A-major for chorus and orchestra, new arrangements of selected songs for chorus and orchestra, and "Krakowiak" from Piano Concerto in E-minor with guest pianist, Jacek Zganiacz; also featured will be 'Angelus' by Wojciech Kilar, with soprano, Tiffany CasaSante, chorus and orchestra. Janusz Sporek and Dayle Vander Sande, conducting.

8 May > West Point Tadeusz Kosciuszko Annual Commemoration - Free - On the grounds of the West Point Military Academy, Aria will sing for a mass in the Catholic Chapel at 10:00 AM, followed by the Cadet Review on the Plain (Grand Stand Sections I&J) at 11:30 AM, and a commemorative ceremony at 12:30 PM at the Kosciuszko Monument overlooking the Hudson. 13 March > "Galaxy of Polish Stars" - a group recital of singers from Poland on Saturday, March 13th, 7:00 PM at the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in New York City, 233 Madison Avenue at 37th Street, presented by the Polish Singers Alliance of America District Seven.
