This move is a move where a breaker spins on one hand. The technique is not hard, but staying balance on one hand is. Here is what you do:
1) Practice a handstand against a wall. Once you can do a handstand and hold it for a long time without straining your back or anything, try standing on one hand for a good 2-4 seconds. At first, you'll have trouble getting your feet off of the wall...or you'll strain your back, but practice will get rid of those problems.
2) Practice winding you legs in a circular motion while you are on your two hands to get the feel of the move. Maybe try to move around in a circle on your hands.
3) Go onto a hand, and spread your legs on that certain hand. Then palce your other hand down and shift part of your weight onto that certain hand. Then, wind your legs shut, and push off with your free hand and spin on the second hand that you placed down.
4) If you got enough momentinum from the winding of you legs and the pushing off from your free hand, you should be able to spin with no problems at all besides the fact that you might lose balance. Spin on the part of your hand opposite of you thumb, not your whole hand.
5) Once you have gotten the maximum amount of rotations you could of gotten on one arm, place your other arm down and twist your hips and push off with your other hand to spin on the new hand that you've placed down.
