Daddy Long Legs is the founder of WOLFPAC and X-Member of the Bloodhound Gang.
Daddy Long Legs and MSG of the original Bloodhound Gang broke off and created WOLFPAC in 1996. MSG left the group but Daddy Long Legs is still tearin it up with the PAC. Most of the songs off the Bloodhound Gang's first album were written and produced by Daddy Long Legs. They do a WOLFPAC version of "Whose the Knuckleheads" and "Go Down" at every show.
It's a great opprotunity to get to interview him. I've been down with the Pac for a while now and have been a fan of Daddy when he was with the Bloodhound Gang. Much Props to Daddy LL for letting me interview him.

Where are you from?

I know you get this a lot and I didn't want to ask this question but some of
us are wondering. Is there any tension between the BloodHound Gang and
Wolfpac?
Not that I know of. Jim is doing his own thing, I am doing mine. Its sad
that he kept the name BloodHound Gang cause his new shit don't sound
anything like the old stuff I wrote for most of the 1st CD "Use your
fingers"
Are you and Jimmy Pop friends, enemies or in-between?
Just nada, he has made attempts to contact me when we all just left but I
am very uninterested in being friends in someone who values money over
friendship or musical integrate.
What made you and MSG decide to leave the BloodHound Gang?
Well it was like this. Your in a band, your on the road, your getting hot
chicks, your on MTV...life should be fun right? Well it wasn't. Between
that drama queen Lupus to all the shady money problems the
label was having to all the bullshit ego problems Jimmy Pop had it just was
way too much like work and not fun. If I am not doing something in my life
I love to do...well I leave it. Same goes for MSG same goes for Skip O Pot

How long has Wolfpac been around?
3 years loose 2 yeatrs in full force.
Since the formation of Wolfpac in 96 how come there have been so many changes
in the Wolfpac line up?
Its odd, its this huge family. Unlike BHG where people are GONE. Wolfpac
switches things up all the time, certain members sign on for a few tracks,
for some live show stuff, just to hang around then others are around just
for live or just to fight, then others are down for ever. Either way if
your in the PAC your in for life, just not needed to be there 24/7. Its
like a Wu-Tang thing, always mutating, always developing always changing.
Why has Wolfpac's debut album "Somethin Wicked this way comes" been delayed
twice? I can't wait to get my hands on that...
Its not that big of deal, the delay was on the company who was shipping it
out. That's really it. The real Delay was in how long it took us to get it
all together and out on the market. The reason for that is I was searching
for the perfect distribution deal. A deal that we would have total control
and not have any big labels pulling bullshit politics on us.
What is your favorite track that you guys have recorded?
I think my favorite track is still Death Becomes Her and La Vengeance De La
Mortice
Will there be any guest appearances on the album?
Not this one, stay tuned for the next one...we have some choice people in
mind for that one.
First of all how did you get the name Daddy Long Legs?
"It goes one two three when I'm kickin funky lyrics"
I have noticed that you guys got to interview the Insane Clown Posse back in
96. Before there Great Milenko fame and i noticed they gave wolfpac props on
the album thank you notes.
We like ICP, they like Wolfpac...Just nice people at them time.
What is the current situation between Wolfpac and the Insane Clown Posse?
Not too sure, haven't heard for J in a while, at shows we go out and show
mad clown love but I am unsure of what's what. I know there was some
difficult blood when we weren't able to go out to MI to do a show with them
so we had to cancel but it couldn't be helped. I'm not sure if this made
bad blood but after that we haven't really talked.
Have you guys ever recorded tracks with them?
Nada
Do you guys keep in touch with the Clowns?
Not really.
I am a huge Jenna Jameson fan. I have a lot of her shit stack up under my bed
including her best film that she ever starred in "Conquest" (I highly
reccomend
this tape) It was so awesome that you guys hooked up with her and that she is
on the album cover.
Yes it is, conquest is a great flick!
How did you guys meet Jenna?
I work for a porn company, she was stripping and we just went and kicked it
with her. She is real down to earth!
How long has she been a Wolfpac fan?
Not too sure, she is....I LOVE HER! hahhah
I saw her on Howard Stern and she was giving you guys mad props. Damn you
guys are so lucky
I want to get on Stern someday just to say HI, Im a big fan of Howard's ideas.
The Kottonmouth Kings have been supporting wolfpac at a few of their shows.
How did you get in contact with them?
Again, just went up and kicked it with them. They are pretty down to earth
people who share some of the same ideas as us.
Hearing some of KMK's song they are huge party animals. How was it like
partying with them?
Cool, actually all we did was skate, get smoked up and went to a strip club
to look at naked chicks. Mad fun but not that put of hand.
Describe that night with the Kottonmouth Kings
Just that, cool guys... then smoke...then naked chicks...then food then
well that's it.
Is there a possible hook up with KMK and the PAC on tour or in the studio?
Maybe, who knows, WOLFPAC would be down for that. Maybe its something the
fans should bring up to the KMK camp.
Do you hold a daytime job or are you concentrating on Wolfpac 24-7?
Well I work for a porn company during the day then I kick the SDP inc.
stuff the other hours I am awake (which is allot)
Is there any reason why you named the album "Somethin Wicked This Way Comes"?
Just letting people know the real deal is coming out there and its
definitely a wicked thing...
What are the meanings or messages of some of your songs?
There is not so much a single meaning per song, more like a general over
meaning in the WOLFPAC style. It is this. Have fun, enjoy life, Don't take
things too seriously, go for your goals because they are all obtainable and
NEVER be backed down!
I almost forgot. Will Metal J be appearing on the new album?
Not on the 1st one but soon after!
Will there be any other bands or groups signing onto SugarDaddy Records?
Hell yes!
What are you favorite samples you have used and how hard is it to produce all
these sounds and beats? You do a pretty good job at it.. I loved the sound
you guys had on Use your Fingers
Its a very odd way to put songs together...mad fun but a bit of work. Im
glad you liked Use Your Fingers, that was some mad hack work compared to
what I know now. Then again in 5 years Ill think what I am doing now is a
joke too! Its funny because most rap groups have some one else develop and
produce their music where in Wolfpac its all me. Its great having such
control, but it is a ton of responsibility.
You guys should use the Star Wars theme on a future track. I think that would
sound awesome!!!

Have you appeared on any other bands albums or songs?
I was slated to do a ICP track but that never came to pass, then I might do
some other things but nothing is locked in yet.
What is your favorite alcoholic beverage and which ones do you reccomend to
the under aged?
I got to say Kamikazes and Long Island Ice Teas, both taste real good, so
good you get a girl drinking them and by the time she realizes what she has
drunk she is fucked up! other than that a good beer is always a nice one.
