Movies There are a total of three SailorMoon movies. Here you will find summaries (and may be pictures) of all the movies. Enjoy! Beware of major spoiler ahead, proceed at your own risk. SailorMoon R Movie This movie was mainly about Mamoru and the return of an old friend. It started with the gang going to a picnic in a flower field, when a mysterious young man appeared from a shower of petals. The man talked to Mamoru about some old promise, and vanished again behind the petals. A flashback showed us that the man was an alien named Fiore, who befriended Mamoru when he was a kid. Fiore promised Mamoru to bring him lots of flowers in return for a rose. Later that night, the Sailor Senshi had a meeting to discuss about a strange meteorite that might crash into Earth. Uh oh! Surely the next day, the Senshi discovered that mysterious plants were sucking up people's energy. A creature that resembled a flower suddenly attacked them. They almost lost but were rescued by Tuxedo Kamen, and SailorMoon came through in the end. Fiore appeared again to talk to Tuxedo Kamen, then started attacking SailorMoon. Tuxedo Kamen got wounded while trying to save her. Fiore took him away. Luna and Artemis realized that the cause for Fiore's evilness might be the strange flower in his pocket. The Senshi transported themselves to the strange meteorite to find Fiore, who had Mamoru trapped in a healing pod. Flowers attacked them, and Fiore captured everyone but SailorMoon. He threatened to let her friends die if she retaliated. SailorMoon chose not to fight. Then Mamoru came and tried to talk to Fiore, but this only made him angrier. He sent his meteorite straight for Earth. Usagi, with whatever strength she had left, decided to use the Emporium Silver Crystal. Fiore stopped her, but Usagi then told him about how she was there for Mamoru when he was alone in the hospital (remember the car crash?). Usagi gave Mamoru a red rose, which he later handed to Fiore to make him feel less lonely. Fiore realized that his friend was in good hand, and the evil flower shattered. Now Usagi turned into Princess Serenity, and with the help of Mamoru and the other Senshi, she stopped the meteorite. But it was all too much for her, and Princess Serenity died! I wondered why this didn't happen when she used the Silver Crystal against Queen Beryl? Anyway, Fiore appeared with a flower in his hands, which bore the juice of life. He gave it to Mamoru, who used it to bring Usagi back to life. Fiore then turned into a chibi (kawaii!) and went travelling the universe, but in his heart he knew that he would never be lonely again. SailorMoon S Movie A strange comet was orbiting the Moon. On the comet, a woman made of ice was watching the Earth, saying what a beautiful collection it would be. She released a few ice crystals down to Earth. A young man was watching the Moon and saw the comet. His name was Kakeru. Kakeru found one of the crystals from the ice woman. Then the scene switched to the senshi gang shopping and having a great time. They ran into the outer senshi, so now you knew they were in this. Later, the gang was hanging out and talking about love. Luna felt a little sorry for herself when Usagi said that she had never been in love. She wasn't feeling well so Luna decided to walk home alone. Naturally, Artemis was very concerned about her. On her way home, Luna fell and was nearly hit by a truck but she was rescued by a man. This man was Kakeru. He took back to his place and took care of her (did I mention she was sick?). Kakeru was very kind and affectionate to Luna that she fell in love with him O.O The next day, Kakeru's girlfriend Himeko came and announced that she just got a new mission to the Moon (she was an astronaut at NASA). For some reason, their conversation got very unpleasant, and Himeko left. Then Kakeru told Luna that though he and Himeko used to share the same dream, they saw things very differently now. While he believed in a myth about a Moon goddess named Princess Kaguya, Himeko was very matter-of-fact. Kakeru was not well enough to become an astronaut, but he always dreamed to go into space and meet Princess Kaguya. All of a sudden, the ice crystal that Kakeru found started glowing. It was stealing Kakeru's energy and made him sick. When Luna returned to the senshi, she told them about a strange comet in space. Seeing how Luna was acting strange, the girls suspected that she was in love. Poor Artemis! Anyway, the ice woman was sending creatures called Snow Dancers to Earth to freeze everything. The sailor senshi fought with a few, while in another part of Tokyo so did the outer senshi. The woman created terrible snow blizzards to bury Tokyo under a sheet of eternal ice. She was also looking for Kakeru's ice crystal, which had the power to freeze the entire Earth. At the time, it was making Kakeru's illness worse and worse. He was still worried about Himeko, who didn't know about the danger in space and was going to the Moon. The ice woman came for the crystal and was going to freeze Kakeru, when Usagi and Luna arrived and stopped her. Usagi tried to warn Himeko about the ice comet, but she wouldn't listen. Luna realized that Kakeru truly loved Himeko. She told Usagi that if only she was human, she could be his Princess Kaguya. Meanwhile at she, the ice woman was growing a giant block of ice while the Snow Dancers froze everything else. The inner and outer senshi tried in vain to stop them. Then SailorMoon, Chibi Moon, and Tuxedo Kamen arrived on the spot. SailorMoon used the Emporium silver Crystal, with the power from all the other senshi, to destroy the ice woman before she could freeze Tokyo. Then she used the Crystal to turn Luna into a beautiful young woman, just for one night. Luna introduced herself to Kakeru as Princess Kaguya (but he knew!). They flew through space hand in hand, passing Himeko in her space shuttle. Their dreams were both fulfilled. When Himeko returned from her trip, Kakeru was there waiting for her and they were happy at last. Luna was sad, but Artemis comforted her and they too were happy. SailorMoon SuperS Movie The girls and Chibiusa were baking cookies as the movie started. Then Chibiusa took a walk with Diana, and met a young boy with a magical flute. He was really a faerie named Peruru. They became friends and Chibiusa gave Peruru her cookies. Meanwhile, Usagi was at Mamoru's house. They saw a news report about many missing children. That night, all the kids in town woke up and followed some flute music, including Chibiusa. The sailor senshi went after her. The person playing the flute was Pupuran, Peruru's brother. The senshi fought with Pupuran's evil Bon Bon Babies. Tuxedo Kamen came to help them, but was injured by Pupuran. Peruru appeared to talk to his brother. Then Pupuran's boss Queen Vadillanne came, and seeing Chibi Moon with Peruru, took her and the other children to the Dream World. There, Chibi Moon got sucked down a hole, and confronted Vadillanne. The senshi and Peruru traveled to the Dream World to save Chibi Moon. Pupuran attacked them, and the senshi were dangerously outnumbered. Then the three outer senshi appeared and helped defeat the enemies. A boat then took them all to the queen's lair. Chibi Moon was in Vadillanne's hand, power sucked away by a black hole. The queen took Chibi Moon into the black hole, and SailorMoon went after them. She found Chibi Moon unconscious, but they suddenly appeared in Mamoru's house. It was just an illusion, which SailorMoon was able to break through. The queen tortured SailorMoon for ruining her plan. Then SailorMoon's compact glowed brightly with power. As it glowed, Peruru grew wings (he was a faerie!). Vadillanne tried to burn SailorMoon, but she received power from all the other senshi. Chibi Moon was awakened. The two girls performed 'Moon Gorgeous Meditation!'. The queen was killed, and as the Dream World fell apart, the children were sent home safely. If anyone wondered what happened to Pupuran, he got turned into a blue bird in the end. Anyway, Chibiusa was bidding farewell to Peruru by the ocean. Peruru had to leave so he could protect the beautiful dream power on Earth. He gave her his flute (she kissed him on the cheek!) and thanked Chibiusa for the cookies.
