Willison's Fair And Impartial Testimony

"A FAIR AND IMPARTIAL TESTIMONY" By John Willison, Minister of Dundee Scotland (1744).

This work by one of Scotland's leading divines (b.1680, d. 1750) is perhaps the leading chronicle of Scottish civil and church history currently available, covering the time period of 95 A.D. to 1744. It makes an excellent companion to John Knox's "History of the Reformation in Scotland"

Rev. Willison excels at putting into words the high drama that Scotland endured time and time again as Christ's church struggled to remain free from outside attempts to bind the people to views not their own.
