Good, especially since it's a basic POKeMON.
Another cards that's good if you've lucky. What makes him good
is that his thunderpunch only requires two energy, which is
great if you plan on using power-monger Zapdos.

Good if your opponent plays stalling decks. Also, if your
opponent plays a Nidoqueen's Boyfriend deck, this my help
alleviate your pain.
Unless you play against someone who uses one of the above
two decks, though, this card isn't very good. Electrode's
Selfdestruct need four energy, and any POKeMON player worth
his salt will see him coming if you start layering energy
on Voltorb. Because it's easy to see a selfdestrcut coming,
your opponent will hold extra POKeMON in his hand instead
of laying it down in his bench.

Quite strong, but you'll need lots of energy and a good stall
card to power this guy up. Remember when you use this card,
though, that if you use Thunderbolt, Zapdos will be open to
attacks for quite a few turns.
One good thing about Zapdos is that he's resistant to all
of the other Electric POKeMON's weakness: Fighting.
