you've got any Electric POkeMON that you've been wanting
to train, bring them along here, because they'll have plenty
of fodder with all of the water trainers here! (If you want
some electric POKeMON, head to Route
9, then to the Power
Plant)
Eventually, you'll get to Seafoam
Islands. Just breeze throguh here, as it's doubtful
that youhave the firepower to capture Articuno, the Legendary
Ice Bird that lives at the bottom. After that, you'll head
to Cinnibar Island.
