Skuld is the youngest of the three goddess that visit Keiichi. She has two older sisters, Belldandy and Urd, but they left her alone in the Yggdrasil system and she was the only debugger there. So she appear at the temple where Keiichi, Belldandy and Urd lived to seek companionship. In the manga she appear while Urd was taking a bath. But in the anime, episode 3 of 5 "Buring hearts", she appeared while Keiichi was taking a bath.
Skuld is especially fond of Belldandy, and is very attached to her. Though she doesn't really show this kindness to Urd, she really is fond of Urd also but just doesn't show it.^^ At first she hates Keiichi for taking Belldandy away from her but she soon grows to like him more.
One thing that Skuld hasn't developed into is her magic. She doesn't know alot of magic, like Urd does and so she depends on her mechanical skills to help her out. She is very good at mechanics and has invented alot of stuff. Her many inventions is her way of doing something that she can't do without magic. She also invented robots, a particular one is Benpai.
