We
are holey, God is Holy.
Talk to someone who's rejected. Be a
friend to the friendless.
People are most lonely. I see the
effects of the utter despair of many people's heart every single day in life. People
want to find acceptance, because deep in their soul they think that it will
ease the pain of life on earth. You know what I'm going to say, don't you?
People were born with holes in their heart.
We were created to worship the One
True God, but Adam sinned and so our world is cursed. We need God to properly
function. I've been dragged through a horrible situation in life. I was moved
away from my friends to a different state; I was moved away from my very LIFE.
I tried to find a way out of my depression, but the choices were few. I could
die, or go back to God after I'd once again turned my back on Him.
It was only when I let Him take me
and mold me that I came back to Him. It seems now that God used the circumstances of my misery to make
my heart soft, and I pray He will make your hearts soft now. Pray that you will
be broken in spirit by Him, so that you can feel this and understand this. We
need to be humble creatures to accept God. We only need to see ourselves for
who we are to understand the boundless mercies of Jehovah my God.
Only God can show you for who you
really are, and only God can help out of the misery of utter humiliation when
the truth painfully hits you and tells you that you are a wretched, wicked
person who isn't worthy to lick the dirt that God made. Then you will know what
God's judgement really is. God's judgement of you is the showing of who you
really are.
Wake up! You need Him. I need Him.
We all need the mercy of our Lord. Thank God right now for letting you live
even though you aren't worthy. Thank Him for sending Jesus to die a horrible
death for horrible people like us. Thank and praise Him and lean on Him for
your every need. We surely don't deserve it, but God wants us to have His
Grace; we need only to choose Him over this dumb world of grief.
If you have a hole in your heart, if
you are lonely, if you are in pain, if you want to be free----choose life,
choose God. Then you will be whole, happy, and full of purpose. I'm talking
mostly to Christians when I say to get up and serve your brothers and sisters------serve
God and help others escape loneliness by showing lonely people who can live in
their heart and by being friends to those who are rejected by the world for God
doesn't play favorites and neither should you.
