It was a dark and stormy night in May.  Not too many people would be awake at three in the AM, but Alex West was.  For some reason he could not sleep during a thunder storm, no matter how hard he tried.  Finally, he decided to get dressed and go down to his lab.
     Alex walked into his closet and closed the door.  There was a flash of intense light which teleported him to his lab, one level below his basement.  He stepped off the platform and into the immense work area.  There were gadgets and computers and everything imaginable.
     As he strolled around the lab, a faint light by his inter dimensional portal generator caught his eye.  He walked over and was immediately confronted by a very large (not to mention ugly) creature.  Alex, startled by the sudden appearance of the creature, performed seven rapid back hand springs.  Once he was on his feet again, he ignited a fireball and pointed it at the creature.
     "Ok buster, you have some explaining to do!"  Alex snarled.
     "Ok, ok,"  the creature said, "just snuff the fireball."
     Alex put out the fireball and the creature continued.
     "My name is Piccolo.  I come from an alternate dimension in search of someone by the name of Alexander Mathias West, aka Sailor Star Dancer."
     "Look no further 'cause I'm the one you seek.  But don't call me Alexander.  I go by Alex.  And another thing, it's not polite to sneak up on people."
     "Sorry,"  Piccolo said, stumbling over the word, "I came in search of you because my dimensions in serious danger and requires the assistance of the Sailor Teams."
     "Can it wait until morning?"  came from a sleeping form on one of the tables.
     "Sorry Matt, but this is way urgent!"
     "YAWN, Fine, I'll get my gear,"  Matt said, rolling off the table.  Both Piccolo and Alex were surprised to see Matt dressed only in boxer shorts.
     When Matt saw the two staring, he asked, "What's the problem?  I always sleep this way!"
     "Yeah, but now you're.... "  Alex began.
     "You're hanging out!"  Piccolo finished.
     Matt looked down and turned red with embarrassment.  He turned around, bent down, and pulled his jeans from beneath the table.  He slipped into them and turned around, closing the flaps as he turned.  He grabbed a shirt and pulled it on as he slipped his feet into his loafers.  Lastly he put his Hellfire pendant around his neck.  He then walked over to the two.
     "Ok, I'm ready,"  Matt said.
     "You're still hanging out!"  Piccolo said.
     Matt looked down and turned red once again.  As he zipped his fly, a look of pain washed over his face.  He then released a yell that could be heard clear to Pluto and beyond.  When he finally calmed down, the intercom came on.
     "Alex, honey, is everything ok?"
     "Everything's peachy Mrs. West,"  Matt said.
     "Yeah, everything's great mom,"  Alex said.
     "Was that Mathias who screamed?"  Mrs. West asked, "You know I'm in charge of his welfare while his parents are out of town."
     "Like I said before, everything's peachy."
     "Um... mom, we have important business to tend to."
     "Ok dear.  Just be sure to be home ASAP.  We have to clean house tomorrow."
     "We will mom. Don't worry."
     The intercom clicked off.  As soon as it did, Alex took out his Sailor communicator and activated it.
     "Alex calling the Sailor Senshi.  We have Sailor Business... "

     All over town people were awakened by the beeping of their communicators.  Most of them came right away, but as usual there were those who needed an extra kick.
     "Richard, this is Alex, and unless you get your butt in gear, I'll tell everyone about that embarrassing thing you did during the summer.  And if you're with Jenn, tell her I said 'HI'!"
     Richard hopped out of bed, grabbed his clothes, threw them on, kissed Jenn, and made tracks to Alex's.
     "Serena, wake up meat ball head!  We have important business.  If you don't hurry I'll start telling everyone the gossip I heard about you and Darien!"
     Serena sprang from her bed, threw on some jeans and a t - shirt, grabbed her locket, and took off for Alex's.
     "Ryan!  Chris!  Eddie!  Unless you materialize in the next five minutes, I'll tell your girlfriends they're dating hermaphrodites!"
     The Three Lights were on their way to Alex's in under twenty seconds.

     As soon as everyone was in Alex's lab, they transformed into the Sailor Teams.  They then entered the portal.  Colored lights swirled around them as they entered the sub - space vortex.  Once they reached the other side, they viewed Piccolo's world; a world of ruin and destruction.
     "Welcome to my world,"  Piccolo said.
     "What happened?"  Sailor Pluto asked.
     "A bunch of Seiyans.  They destroyed the place battling me and my friends."
     "Must have been some rumble,"  Sailor FireStar mumbled, "This place is in ruins!"
     "Yeah, well, the Seiyans are still here and my friends are still battling them!"
     Just then a large form sped towards them.  There was a large blast of energy which sent them into action.
     "Silence Wall!"
     Sailor Saturn's Silence Wall was up in a matter of seconds.  But the strain of that much energy was beginning to get to her.
     "Nichole!"  Sailor Star Dancer yelled.
     "I... can't... hold... much... longer,"  Sailor Saturn said through gritted teeth.
     "Help's on the way,"  Piccolo said, placing two fingers to his forehead and concentrating.  A spark of energy formed.  He then pointed at the energy beam and shouted, "Special Beam Cannon FIRE!!"
     A beam of energy fired from his fingers, battling the large blast.
     "Ultima Shield!"
     Sailor Thunderbolt's new power held off the attack long enough for everyone to move.  As soon as everyone was out of the way the shield collapsed.  The explosion that followed was tremendous, but they were all clear of the blast crater.
     Sailor Star Dancer and the Star Senshi super leaped to the tops of the surrounding plateaus.  When they saw the explosion, they were amazed at the power which could do that much damage.
     "This does not look good!"  Sailor Nova exclaimed.  Just then the speeding form ascended to their level and stopped.
     The person was HUGE.  Muscles rippled and light reflected off the person's head and body.
     "So, you're their second string!"  the person growled, "Well, I'm Napa and I'm the designated Seiyan  to destroy you today!"
     With that he opened his mouth and belched a death ray.
     "Destructo Disk... Engage!"
     A whirling blade of energy flew through the air and slammed into the Seiyan, cutting off his attempt at destroying the Star Senshi.  In the seconds of distraction, the Star Senshi leapt into the air, drew their weapons, and prepared to attack.

     When they awoke, they were in an apartment of some sort.  They were all laying on a large pit couch.  As they gazed around they saw three cats, each with a crescent moon, sitting at the end of the couch staring at them.
     "Good, the Senshi are awake,"  one of the cats, a large striped tiger, said.
     "But I doubt they'll know who we are,"  another one of the cats, a medium sized siamese, said.
     "Well, I hope they're ok,"  a third cat, a brown, white, and black calico, said, "Their leader looks a lot like my master."
     "Who are you?"  Steve asked.
     "I am called Spirit,"  the calico said, "and Neo - Sailor Saturn is my master."
     "My name is Chloe,"  the siamese said, "and Cathy Hingston is my master."
     "Finally, I am the one called Tara,"  the tiger said, "and my master is Elizabeth Bustie."
     "We are the guardian cats of the future Sailors and the New Ronin Warriors,"  Chloe said.
     "So, where are our future counterparts?"  Richard asked.
     "Sad news, I'm afraid,"  Spirit said, "They were taken over by evil forces and sent to destroy the world."
     "Where are they now?"  Matt asked.
     "At the moment they're in downtown Chicago, destroying the mall for the tenth time this month."
     "How dare they destroy a mall!"  Alex said, his love for shopping coming through, "Come on people, we need to stop them!!"
     "Before you go into battle, you're gonna need these visors,"  Tara said, opening a drawer.  Inside were visors of many colors.
     "Blue for Arctic Chill, red for Hellfire, orange for FireStar, green for Thunderbolt, violet for Star Dancer, pink for Nova, and gold for Earth.  These will allow you to avoid all evil influences."
     As the Star Senshi put their visors on, several forms burst through the windows, showering the room with shards of glass.  As they approached, the Star Senshi could see that the people who burst in were the future Alex, Steve, Tod, Matt, and Richard.
     "Prepare to die,"  the future Steve snarled, drawing his lance.
     "On three we rush them,"  Brian said.  The other six nodded in agreement.  "One... two... three... RUSH 'EM!!"
     The seven charged and rammed the five future people with everything they had.  The five sailed out the windows, but returned a couple seconds later with two unconscious people in tow.  One was dressed in a tuxedo; the other dressed in dockers and a work shirt.
     "Do you know who these are?"  the future Richard growled.
     "Not exactly,"  Matt said.
     "These are Darien and Andrew,"  the future Tod said, "Serena's two boyfriends.  And unless you can bring her to us, we'll eradicate both of them!"
     "I think we had better do as they say,"  Rachel said, "they sound serious."
     "Go, and unless you return in ten minutes, they DIE!!"  the future Alex said.
     "Tara, Spirit, Chloe, can you open a portal back to Piccolo's world?"  Brian asked.
     "No problem.  Just don't forget the visors,"  Tara said, "They'll protect your from evil influence."
     As the portal opened, and as the Star Senshi entered, Alex looked back to see their future counterparts threatening the cat guardians.
     "Lucid Barrier,"  he called.  Circles of light surrounded the three cats, shielding them from all physical attacks.  He then entered the portal, satisfied that the cats were safe for the time being.

     The moment they exited the portal they saw the Seiyan standing above Serena, preparing to finish her.
     "Get away from her!"  Alex screamed.  The Seiyan looked up and said, "Bring it on, PUNK!"
     "Nobody calls me punk!"  Alex snarled.  His pupils began to glow red.
     "I already finished your friends Derek, Tony, Joss, and Dan, so they won't be much help!"  the Seiyan taunted.
     Alex remembered all the cool times he had with those four.  He also remembered Dan, Derek, and Joss were the other three Dark Senshi.  The brown parts of his eyes turned red also.
     "I tied up the remaining Senshi with Sailor Saturn's death ribbons, so they can't help you either!"
 Alex's eyes glowed completely blood red.  His thunderbird pendant and the rings he wore on each hand began to glow.  He aligned them in a triangular fashion and collected energy.  He then held one hand above his head and shouted, "Delta Storm!!!"
     Twin pyramids of dark energy formed above the Seiyan and blasted him with lightning, fire, and water energy.  As soon as the pyramids vanished, Alex took a blade from his sub - space pocket and began to spin around.  The blade became engulfed in flame as he spun.  He then shouted, "Fire Zone!!"
     Waves of flame energy moved from Alex and attacked the Seiyan, burning him severely.  As soon as Alex stopped spinning he began an ultra spin. He then shouted, "Dark Eternal!!"
     There was a flash of Dark Matter, a flash of Ice, Dark Matter, Fire, and Dark Matter again.  The attack sent the Seiyan for a loop.  Alex finished the attack, then leapt into the air.  His crown reappeared and an antenna rose from it.
     "Guardian Jupiter, bring storm clouds, bolts of lighting, thunder, and destruction.  Jupiter Thunderbolt Crash!!"
     The blast of electricity was intense and ultimately began the downfall of the Seiyan.  As soon as Alex finished the thunder attack, he descended to the ground and his eyes returned to their normal color.  When he regained his senses, he ran over to Serena, picked up her limp body, and headed back to the portal.  Matt, Richard, Steve, and Tod picked up the limp forms of Dan, Tony, Derek, and Joss and entered the portal.
     As they traveled through the vortex, the five unconscious people began to stir.
     "Oh, Darien,"  Serena moaned, "where are we going?"
     "We're going to save some of our friends,"  Alex said.
     "When did you grow a rat tail and get red highlights?"  Serena mumbled, playing with Alex's hair.  Before Alex could answer Serena was asleep again.
     "Alex,"  Derek mumbled from across Matt's shoulders, "why does my head hurt?"
     "I'll tell you later,"  Alex said.
     "Oui,"  Joss moaned from over Steve's shoulders, "I must be in hell."
     "Yeah,"  Dan laughed weakly, "and hell goes by the name of Vegeta!"
     "So, where are we going?"  Tony asked.
     "We're heading for Chicago in the year 2078,"  Alex said.
     "Hmm, where we going sugar?"  Serena giggled.
     "Here we go again,"  Derek said.
     "What?"  Tod asked.
     "Serena's been laughing idiotically since Vegeta hit her with one of his beam attacks,"  Dan explained.
     "Which beam attack was that?"  Rachel asked.
     "Why?"  Joss asked.
     "Well, his energy gattling gun sent everyone flying.  His Galaxia gun reversed our transformations.  What type of attack could do this to our leader?"
     "He called it his 'Star Hammer' attack,"  Dan said, "It threw all of us for a loop.  Since Serena is a leader and the hardest his of all of us, it must have altered her brain chemistry."
     "And yours as well,"  Joss said, his French accent gone.
     "This is really freaky!"  Derek said, panicking.
     "I need a man!!"  Tony said.  Sweat drops formed on everyone's heads.
     "Richard, may I see your visor?"  Alex asked as he set Serena's body on the ground.  As Richard gave Alex the blue visor, Tod brought Tony over.  Alex slipped the visor over Tony's eyes.  A couple seconds later there was a flash of blue light.
     As Tony took the visor off, he asked, "Did I say anything stupid?"
     "Yeah,"  Steve said, "but we forgive you."
     "I think I just figured out what Tara meant about the visors,"  Tod said as he took his own from his pocket.  Brian, Alex, and Rachel did the same.  Tod slipped his visor onto Dan's face; Alex slipped his onto Derek's face; Rachel put hers on Serena's face; and Brian slipped his onto Joss's face.  There were four flashes of light and each of them slipped the visors off.
     "What happened?"  Joss asked, his accent returning.
     "We're currently on our way to 2078,"  Matt explained, "Our future counterparts captured Andrew and Darien and unless we bring them Serena, they're doomed!"
     "They'd dare to injure MY Andrew and Darien!?"  Serena growled, "I'm gonna teach them a lesson they'll never forget!!"
     She took off running, with everyone else in hot pursuit.  They soon exited the portal to the year 2078.  The second they exited they were confronted by their future counterparts.

     The minute they left the portal and the portal had closed, they could see how destructive their future counterparts had become.  The apartment was a shambles.  In the middle of the chaos sat Tara, Chloe, and Spirit, all in shock.
     "What happened?"  Brian asked, his eyes wide in amazement.
     "They returned while you were gone and trashed the place,"  Tara said, "They tried to harm us, but their blows were reflected thanks to, what is it called?  A Lucid Barrier?"
     "I don't remember casting one,"  Tod said.
     "That's because I did,"  Alex said, "as a precaution."
     Just then the future versions of Alex, Richard, Matt, Tod, and Steve returned, this time with the future versions of Dan, Tony, Joss, and Derek to back them up.  The future Richard and Matt had Darien and Andrew with them.
     "Nice to see you kept your end of the bargain,"  the future Tod said, "Too bad we must destroy all of you."
     He drew a rather large dagger from a scabbard and proceeded to use a special attack.
     "Lucent..... "
     The dagger glowed brilliantly.
     "... Laser.... "
     He began to slice through the air.
     "... RUN!!"
     As he finished his downward slash, the beam of light flew from his sword and proceeded to run around the room, ultimately targeting the group in the center.
     As the laser moved in for the kill, Alex used one of the many elemental spells he had picked up over the years.
     "Mystic Tree Spirit, thy name Dryad, grant us protection from this destructive force."
     A tree spirit appeared, did a little dance, and cast a spell around the group.  As the barriers formed, the spirit said one word.
     "Wall."
     The spirit then disappeared.  As soon as the barriers finished forming, the beam came within one foot of the group.  It then turned around and struck the future Tod with such force that his armor shattered.  With this distraction, Alex glanced over at Dan.  Dan nodded and placed his hands in front his face the same way Tienn and Alex had done before him.
     "Solar Flare!!"
     The intense wave of heat and flash of light blinded their future counterparts long enough for Matt and Richard to rescue Andrew and Darien.  As soon as they were safe, Alex raised his right hand, palm up, above his head.  A ring to energy circled his arm from his elbow up.  As soon as the ring was hovering above his palm, he shouted, "Destructo Disk ENGAGE!!"
     The ring turned into a whirling blade of energy.  As Alex warmed up to launch, Derek placed his index and middle fingers against his forehead.  Energy sparked as he concentrated.  A couple seconds later a small ball of energy formed.  He continued to concentrate until Alex yelled, "NOW!!"
     Alex threw the energy blade in the direction of their future counterparts.  As the blade flew, Derek spun around and ultimately released his attack.
     "Special Beam Cannon FIRE!!!"
     The two attacks struck with such force that each person's armor shattered, spraying all with pieces of metal and waves of energy.  When the nine future people were free of their armor, they dropped to the ground unconscious.  Tara, Spirit, and Chloe, along with the Star Senshi and the Neo Senshi, ran to the aid of the unconscious people.
     As they approached, Alex began to sense negative vibes.
     "Stop!"  he commanded, "I'm picking up some bad vibes!"
     "So do something, Mr. Expert Psychic!"  Derek said, being sarcastic.
     "Ok, I'll try something."
     Alex reached into his pocket and pulled out several of Rei's scrolls.  HE held one up to his forehead and chanted.
     "Be gone evil spirit.  I call upon the powers of Mars..... fireballs.... CHARGE!!!"
     The anti - evil scrolls flew through the air and connected with the foreheads of each of the unconscious people.  There were flashes of light and nine shadow warriors emerged from the unconscious forms.  They looked at who had banished them and began attacking.
     "Mars Firebird Strike!!!"
     The firebird flew through the air and disintegrated the shadows.  Only thing was Alex hadn't had a chance to summon the attack.  Everyone turned around to see the other four Sailor Senshi, the Outer Senshi, and the Neo - Sailor Senshi standing inside the portal.
     "What's this I hear about our future counterparts turning evil??"  Cathy asked, crossing her arms and giving everyone her 'answer - me - or - I'll - kick - your - ass' stare.
     "Uhhh,"  the future Dan moaned, "What hit me??"
     "The beam attack express, honey,"  Rachel said.
     "I feel so drained,"  the future Derek mumbled, "could someone explain to me what happened to my armor??"
     "Long story,"  Brian said,"  I'll tell you another time."
     Just then Tara, Spirit, and Chloe ran to the Neo - Senshi and leapt into the air, Chloe landing on Cathy's shoulder, Tara landing on Lizz's shoulder, and Spirit landing on Alex's shoulder.  The three then said, "Quick, to the mall!!"
     They took off at top speed, the cats following right behind them.  When they were a block from the mall they could see how destructive their future counterparts had become.  The entire place was even worse than Piccolo's world was.  As they stood in awe, the future Jess and Cathy landed on the ground in front of them and threatened to blow them away.
     "Everyone, SCATTER!!"  Alex said, his eyes turning red again.  As soon as everyone was safe, he stood alone.  The wind blew through his hair and blew his shirt around.  The sun reflected off his highlights, turning his hair red brown.
     "Star Sword Scream!!!"
     Jess attacked, blasting the area with star energy.  When the smoke and dust cleared, Alex was still standing, appearing to be unaffected by the attack.  His rings and pendant began to glow once again.
     "You're gonna pay for that!"  he snarled, "Delta Force!!"
     He positioned his hands in front of himself and formed a triangle with his fingers.  A wave of energy exploded forth, attacking Jess with so much power her armor exploded.  He repeated the same with Cathy.  When they were down he used two anti - evil scrolls to banish the evil spirits.  With all that done he rejoined the others and together they approached the mall.
     As soon as they reached the mall, they were under attack from all sides.  Alex, thinking quickly, performed several rapid back hand springs.  On the last one he leapt into the air.  Once he was airborne, he executed one of Sailor Mercury's attacks.
     "Shabon Spray!!!"
     The fog shrouded everyone in darkness.  Only those who had Tara's special visors could see what they were doing.  Matt and Brian snuck up behind Deborah Torres and used an attack that pierced and broke her armor, but didn't injure her.  Brian leaned over the unconscious form and just stared.
     "She's beautiful,"  he muttered.
     "Huh, what?"  Matt asked.
     "Um.... nothing."
     Deborah awoke and moaned, "Did anyone get the license number of that truck?"
     Steve overheard the conversation and began to say one of his famous lines, but Rachel and Serena clamped his mouth shut.
     After many hours it was a standoff between the Mutant Crew and Thomas Moore, Brian Hawkins, Bill Baker, and Ryan Trombi.  As they battled, a portal opened and a large craft flew out.  When the craft landed, out stepped the Moon Senshi, the Starlights, and Piccolo along with his group.
     "We're here,"  Tienn said, "sorry it took so long, but we had some problems with Vegeta."
     "Yeah,"  a short bald guy said, "he gave us some real trouble.  Right Goku?"  he asked the taller guy with a punk hair do next to him.
     "Right Krillin!"
     "So, how did you finally defeat Vegeta?"  Serena asked.
     "We used a double Spirit Bomb attack,"  Goku said, "My son, Gohan, and Yamcha,"  he continued, pointing to a child and another tall guy with a pigtail, "helped me to defeat Vegeta."
     "So, are we too late to kick some butt?"  Yamcha asked.
     "Not at all,"  Derek said, spitting the sentence through his teeth.
     Just then the armor clad four decided to attack with everything they had.
     "Earthquake Rake!!"
     "Rage of Inferno!!"
     "Blazing Axe Slash!!"
     "Mega Tornado Hammer!!"
     As the attacks approached, Nichole materialized her glaive and threw up her silence wall.  It took a lot of her strength, but she managed to keep the wall erect.  Alex leapt through the air and landed on the top of a lamp post.  Dan, Derek, and Joss followed.  When all four were above the disaster, their eyes glowed.  But this time Derek's glowed dark green, Dan's turned deep blue, and Joss's became deep orange, with Alex's becoming their trademark red.  They then transformed into the dark senshi.  No longer were they under evil impulses.  Instead they were good with their dark powers.
     "I'll take care of Mr. Windbag,"  Dan said, "Cold Snap!!"
     He snapped his fingers, causing a spire of ice to form around Bill.  When the ice shattered, so did his armor.  This gave Rei a chance to use an anti - evil scroll to banish the evil spirit.
     "I'll get rid of the quake machine,"  Derek said, "Black Lightning Strike!!"
     A super bolt of dark electricity crackled through the air and struck Ryan.  As the electricity took hold, his armor shattered and he dropped to the ground.  Rei once again used a scroll to banish the evil forces.
     "I'll take out Inferno boy,"  Alex said.  He placed his hands the same way Sailor Mars did for her fire attacks.  A black spark followed, forming a fireball.
     "Dark Firestorm Flash!!!"
     Waves of dark fire attacked Brian, counteracting his inferno power.  After a couple minutes of continuous flame power, Brian's armor shattered.  As soon as he dropped to the ground Rei used another scroll to banish the evil.
     "To finalize this battle, I shall defeat flame for brains,"  Joss said, "Black Light Flash!!"
     Waves of negative light flowed from his fingers, battling the efforts of Thomas.  As the two battled, Alex turned into Sailor Star Dancer and leapt into the air.  He clasped his hands together and there was a flash of light.
     "Star Hammer!"
     The light formed a hammer composed of stars.  As he swung, he could feel intense power.  The blow shattered Thomas's armor and sent him flying.  To end it Rei used an anti - evil charm to banish the final evil.
     As soon as everyone was free of evil influence, the Mutant Crew moved them back to the apartment.  During the transport, Deborah awoke in Brian's arms.  Their eyes met and for the first time they knew they had found true love.  Everyone else saw how they were looking at one another and sweat drops appeared on their heads.
     "How are we going to break it to him?"  Tod asked Alex.
     "We let him figure it out on his own,"  Alex replied.
     The minute they were back at the apartment Serena ran into the awaiting arms of Andrew and Darien.
     "Hi meat ball head,"  Darien said, "how are you holding up?"
     "I'm fine muffin,"  Serena replied, burying her face in Darien's chest.
     "Are the two of you ok?"  Andrew asked.
     "Just fine sugar,"  Serena replied, slipping an arm around Andrew.  The three of them had a group hug.  As they caught up, Tara, Chloe, and Spirit opened up a portal to 1997 and also to Piccolo's world.  Everyone said their good-byes and distributed communicator's in case they were needed.  They then headed for home.
     Once the Sailor Teams were back in Alex's lab, they opened the door and stepped into the fury of the thunderstorm.  They all knew if they could survive the powers which tried to work against them, they could survive anything.
     When the storm reached dangerous levels, Alex erected an aura barrier around the house before everyone took to the air without the aid of the Flame Sphinx, Phoenix, Thunderbird, Ice Dragon, Lightning Griffin, or Lunar Hawk.  They then headed for the eye of the storm, where they would find more adventure.
