As Alex flew to the city of Toledo, he kept thinking of what had happened.  How could Williams suddenly appear and want to drain Nova?  What caused the explosion?  Why were they all scattered?  Only the future would reveal the answers.
     The minute he landed in Toledo he produced his computer and began a scan of the area.  As he was working he wasn't aware of the three people sneaking up beside him.  One passed by, distracting Alex for the crucial second another needed to snatch the computer.  Alex stood up and said, <Give me my computer!!>
     <What are ya' gonna do if we don't?>  one taunted as he tossed the computer to one of his friends.
     The three played keep - away until the "leader"  said, <Here's your computer.  No hard feelings?>
     As Alex reached for the computer, the "leader" dropped it.  As the lap top fell, Alex was in shock.  Then, as the computer smashed on the ground, Alex's world shattered.
     "That's IT!!"  Alex screamed, "That was the one thing that could help me find my friends and YOU destroyed it!!"
     The three were in shock from what Alex was screaming.  Then, right before their eyes, Alex transformed.
     His scout's ring turned into a black copy of itself.  He then shouted, "Dark Scout's Ring... Power UP!!!"
     A wave of Ice - Fire swept around Alex.  When the flames died down, there stood Sailor Nega Fire.
     "So, you decided to smash my computer.  Well, let me show you what Sailor Nega Fire does to mean people.  World... Shaking!!"
     The attack rocked the three to their knees.  They stood up and tried attacking with martial arts.  But Nega Fire was too quick for them and managed to get above the situation.
     "Let me demonstrate what I can do!  Ice Fire Burn!!!"
     Waves of flame leapt from his palm, a continuous wave of deadly fire.  The flames burned the three severely.
     "Too hot for ya!?"  he asked sarcastically, "Let me cool you down.  Cold Snap!!"
     He snapped his fingers, causing ice to grow up from the ground and freeze the three inside spires of ice for a couple seconds.  When the ice shattered the three were shaking from the cold.
     "Would you like to see more?"
     As the three shook their heads 'No', Nega Fire said, "Too bad 'cause I'm not finished with you yet.  Ring Shot!!"
     Six rings of ice energy fired from his fist, slamming the "leader" into a wall hard enough to leave an impression of his body.  As the other two ran off, Nega Fire activated his copy of the VR visor.  Gone was the violet visor with the blue - green readings.  In its place was a visor of pure black with blood red readings.
     "There they are,"  he mumbled to himself as two blips appeared on the screen, "Now to make them pay!"
     As he sailed around the corner he ran head - on with Sailors Nova and FireStar.  When the two saw what had happened to Alex, they gasped, "What the hell!?"
     "Out of my way Sailor Wimps!"  Nega Fire snarled, "Otherwise I'll have ta' burn ya' up!"
     He took off like a shot, still tracking the other two who had been involved in the destruction of the computer.  Nova and FireStar, still in shock from seeing Alex, weren't prepared for what happened next.
     The "leader" of the group who had attacked Alex limped around the corner.  When Nova and FireStar saw the severely injured person, they asked, "What happened to you?"
     "We... snuck up on this guy with a lap top "  he stammered, "We didn't think anything of it when we took his computer, but when it smashed, he became... Sailor Nega Fire and began attacking us.  He slammed me into a wall with some rings of sorts and took off after my friends."
     "So the 64 million dollar question is,"  Nova said, "How come Alex keeps becoming Sailor Nega Fire?"
     "Must be his temper,"  FireStar said, "I'll try to track him down.  You administer first aid."
     As FireStar took to the air, he produced his whip, just in case he needed it.  He then began to track his friend.

     After five minutes he found Sailor Nega Fire in an alley, cornering the remaining two bullies.  Both looked pretty beat and Sailor Nega Fire didn't look like he was going to let up.
     "Now for the finisher.  Bye now.  Dark Firestorm.... "
     "STOP!!"  FireStar yelled, interrupting Nega Fire's concentration, "You have no right to be doing that!"
     "I have every right!"  Nega Fire said, turning around.  There were tears streaming down his face, "I have every right!"
     He clenched his fists and concentrated.  When the bands around his wrists began to glow, a field of energy surrounded his body and two orbs of energy formed, one around each hand.
     "Uranus... Meteor STRIKE!!"
     The attack shook the two to their knees and slammed them into the wall.
     "Ring Shot!"
     Eight rings of ice slammed into the two, freezing them in blocks of ice.  As Nega Fire warmed up for another attack, Nova caught up to him and tried to stop him.
     "Rainbow Borealis Catch!"
     The rainbow wrapped around Nega Fire, causing him to lose concentration.  But not even the rainbow could hold Alex for long, for he broke free and charged up for another attack.
     "Dark Firestorm Flash!"
     A stream of dark fire flowed from his fingers, attacking the two frozen people.  He kept up the flames until he was on the verge of exhaustion.  He turned to face his friends and they could see that he was crying.
     "They deserve it,"  he said, his voice cracking.  At this point he broke off the attack and broke down crying.  FireStar and Nova began to run towards him, but he said, "Get back.  Stay away!"  They soon found out why.
     Dark fire swirled around him, turning him back into Alex.  Nova and FireStar returned to their forms as Rachel and Tod.  They ran to Alex and tried to comfort him.  The gang, on the other hand, regrouped and moved in to attack again.
     <This is for kicking our butts!>  the "leader" said, delivering a kick to Tod's face.  Blood flowed freely.
     <This is for burning us!>  one said, performing a round house kick which sent Rachel flying away from Alex.
     <And this is for making us look stupid!>  the other said, rapidly kicking Alex in the face.
     Alex spat a couple teeth into his hand.  He looked and thought of the time he went through with braces.  He then exclaimed, "You're gonna pay for that, big time!  Mars Firestorm Flash!"
     Instead of dark flames, regular fire leapt from his fingers and blasted the person away.  The force slammed the person into the wall, leaving an impression of his body.  As soon as the person was stopped, Alex discontinued his attack.  He then turned to the other two, who were in the process of attacking Rachel and Tod.
     "This is for attacking my friends!"  Alex growled as energy built up in his fists, "Special Beam Cannon FIRE!!!"
     Twin beams of energy fired from his fingers, blasting the remaining two into a wall and holding until they stopped flailing.  With that accomplished, Rachel healed their wounds before they moved onto the cathedral, which was where Alex was going in the first place.
