"Serena, it's time to wake up."
     "But Tuxedo Mask, I want to stay here with you."
     "Serena, you must wake up.  You'll be late for school."
     "To heck with school!  I want to be with you."
     "Serena, there are chocolates waiting for you."
     "I'm waking up.  I'm waking up!"
     Serena sat bolt upright to face her friends Rei, Ami, Mina, and Lita.  She looked at them before pulling the covers back over her head and moaning, "It's too early for school!"
     "That's it!"  Rei exclaimed, "It's the same thing every morning. 'I don't want to get up, it's too early!'.  I'm so sick and tired of this.  Lita, give her a wake up call she'll never forget!"
     "With pleasure,"  Lita said, taking out her transformation pen, "Jupiter Crystal Power... Make UP!!!"
     There was a flash of lightning bolts and green light and there stood Sailor Jupiter.
     "Supreme.... Thunder!!"
     A blast of electricity sent Serena into over drive.  She prepared for school in under one minute and was sitting down to breakfast for the first time in a while.  Jupiter returned to her form as Lita and the four girls smiled in knowing Serena was on her way to school.  As the four walked into the dining room Serena was just finishing her breakfast.  She excused herself, grabbed her books, and walked with the others to school.
     On the walk to the high school Serena surprised everyone by not having one of her klutz attacks.  She didn't wail or bawl or whine either.  When they arrived at the school, they had plenty of time to get to their advisories.  They even had time to visit the other Senshi.
     "Morning,"  Serena said as they walked into the library to meet Alex.
     "Serena?!"  Alex said, a puzzled look on his face, "You're actually twenty minutes early."
     "Dang.  I had hoped to be thirty minutes early.  I really need to study my science."
     Sweat drops formed on everyone's heads.  Ami took Serena's temperature, which registered normal.
     "Well, she isn't sick,"  Ami diagnosed, "and she knows who everyone is, which rules out amnesia.  Which could only mean one thing... "
     They all said at the same time, "It must be Serena's Birthday!!!"
     "That's right,"  Serena beamed, "I turn sixteen today, the same age at which my mom stopped being a klutz."
     "You mean Queen Serenity?"  Rei asked.
     "Yup."
     "Wow,"  Mina said, "Sailor Moon stops being a klutz.  That's scary!"
     "That's a cause for celebration,"  Crystal said as she walked in with May, Ana, and Dorrie.
     "We will have a leader who is more mature and courageous in the face of danger,"  Ana said.
     Just then Dan, Steve, Tod, and Derek walked in.  They walked over to the group and said, "So, what's new?"
     "It's Serena's sixteenth birthday,"  Dorrie said, "Which is a cause to celebrate!"
     "Why?"  Dan asked.
     "No more klutz attacks, or whining, or crying,"  Mina said, "isn't it a dream come true?!"
     "Where is the birthday girl?"  Steve asked.
     They all looked around to see Serena with her nose buried in her science book.  Alex walked around behind her to find out what was up.  A look of shock was on his face.  Serena was actually studying and understanding her science book, better than Ami even.  After five minutes Serena moved on to Algebra, then history, then geography, then English.  She had just finished studying when the bell for advisory rang.  Everyone moved onto class for what was bound to be an interesting day.

     "That's absolutely correct Serena.  Nice job!"
     Serena heard that from every teacher.  Everyone was surprised at how mature and brilliant Serena was.  Serena was smiling larger than she ever had.  She felt wonderful.  By the end of the day she had so much to tell her mother.
     On the walk home from school she was skipping and singing at the same time, which was a first for her.  The rest of the Sailor Senshi followed behind her, sweat drops on their heads.  They all wondered how it was possible for Serena to change so much in one day.
     Serena's parents wondered the same thing.  They took her temperature, ran some memory tests, and finally came to the same conclusion as Ami had; Serena had matured.  She even surprised them by being nice to Reeny and helping around the house.
     That night Serena was awakened by a noise outside her window.  She crawled to it and saw someone who looked like Tuxedo Mask.  She dressed, called Alex on the communicator, and went to see her Tuxedo Mask.
     Alex arrived as Serena went to meet the mysterious stranger.  He knew what Tuxedo Mask looked like because of pictures Serena had in her locker.  He began to pick up some vibes from the stranger.  Serena, on the other hand, was all over the guy like cheap perfume.
     "Serena,"  Alex said, "this guys is giving off negative vibes."
     "What are you saying?"  Serena said.
     "That he's not Tuxedo Mask!"
     "You lie!"  Serena screamed.
     Just then the man transformed into a negaverse monster.  It drained Serena of her goodness, turning her into the dark princess once again.  She drew a sword and prepared to attack.

     "This is not good!"  Alex exclaimed as the evil Serena approached him, "This definitely is not good!"
     Just then a Gorgan Bull charged past Alex and rammed Serena.  Alex turned to see Doug, Brad, Matt Heath, John, Justin, and Nick standing in the shadows.  The bull returned to Matt and vanished into his sketch pad.
     "Thanks for the save,"  Alex said, "but we still have to deal with those two!"
     Just then Luna appeared in front of the six.  She said, "You must be the ones who will destroy the dark princess and revive the senshi."
     "Say what?"  Justin said in disbelief.
     "Never mind.  All will be revealed when the time is right."
     Just then Serena recovered from the bull's charge and prepared to attack again.
     "Special Beam Cannon.... FIRE!!!"
     A blast of energy fired from Justin's fingers, propelling Serena into a street lamp.  She recovered quickly and warmed up for another attack.
     "I'm gonna need scout power,"  Alex said, taking his pen from his pocket, "Dancer Star Power.... Make UP!!"
     There was a flash of light and there stood Sailor Star Dancer.
     "Time to take care of business,"  he said, leaping into the air, "Orion's Spear!"
     A shower of starlight spears rained down upon the dark princess and her monster friend.  The confusion gave him enough time to call in the other senshi.
     "This is Sailor Star Dancer calling all Sailor Senshi.  We have a level five emergency!  Repeat; a level five emergency!!"
     "Star Dancer, this is Hellfire.  We're on our way!"
     "Back Up is coming Star Dancer, in the form of the Outer Senshi and Sailor Senshi."
     "The Starlights are coming so just hang on!"
     "The Moon Senshi are on their way!"
     "The Neo - Senshi and Neo - Outer Senshi will be with you in a flash!"
     A couple seconds later thirty one people in Sailor outfits appeared.  They all introduced themselves before striking battle poses.
     "WE ARE THE SAILOR SENSHI,"  they all said, "AND WE STAND FOR LOVE AND JUSTICE.  ON BEHALF OF THE UNIVERSE WE SHALL RIGHT WRONGS AND TRIUMPH OVER EVIL AND THAT MEANS YOU!!"
     They all pointed to Serena and the monster.
     "Think again Sailor Brats!"  Serena snapped, "I shall triumph over you.  Black Moon Drain!"
     The sword glowed and began draining the energy of the senshi.  Alex and the Star Senshi leapt free of the beam and attacked.
    "Orion... Star Sword Slash!!"
    "T - bolt Wave!!"
    "Glacial Freeze!"
    "Blazing Blade Boomerang!"
    "Flame Star Streak!"
    "Rainbow Borealis Catch!"
     Serena was wrapped up, frozen, fried, slashed, and shocked and she still kept draining the senshi.  The monster leapt into the air and slashed into Sailor FireStar, wounding him mortally.  FireStar dropped to the ground.  The monster then attacked Thunderbolt, then Arctic Chill, then Hellfire.  When it went after Nova and Star Dancer it was in for a surprise.

     As the monster approached, Nova went into her spin.  She then released her Chakram, which cut into the fabric of time and space.
     "Black Hole!!"  she yelled as all this was happening.  The monster was almost sucked in, but refused to leave.
     "Say good - bye scum sucker!!"  Star Dancer said, coming up behind the monster, "Orion Star Sword Slash!!"
     The beam of energy struck the monster and sent it screaming to its doom.  As it was being disintegrated in the alternate dimension, Nova sealed the hole.  With that taken care of they flew down to help their friends.
     As they landed they were caught in the drain field, zapping their strength.  They soon collapsed with the others.  Serena, seeing all the senshi fall, smiled and laughed demonically.  Had the Negaverse actually succeeded in defeating the Sailor Senshi and in taking over the world??  Far from it.

     When they saw the Sailor Senshi fall, Luna, Artemis, and Diana appeared in front of the six new mutants.
     "You must become Sailor Senshi,"  Diana said, "otherwise the Negaverse has won and we are doomed."
     "How will we become Sailor Senshi?"  Nick asked.
     "With these,"  Luna said, flipping through the air.  She produced two pendants; one of a Phoenix, the other of a Thunderbird.  The gave these to Matt and Doug.
     "You should know what do do,"  Luna told them.
     "Right!"  Doug and Matt said, holding their power items up, "Thunderbird Star Power... Make UP!!"
     "Phoenix Star Power.... Make UP!!"
     A Thunderbird flew through the air and flew around Doug, forming his Sailor outfit.  The Thunderbird then flew up and formed Doug's crown.
     A Phoenix flew through the air and around Matt, forming his Sailor outfit.  The Phoenix then flew up and formed his crown.
     "Hey dark lady!"  Doug yelled, "Over here!"
     "Who are you?"  Serena asked.
     "I am Sailor Thunderbird!"  Doug said.
     "And I am Sailor Phoenix!"  Matt said.
     "We shall right wrongs and triumph over evil!  We are Sailor Senshi!!"
     "Time to do battle brother,"  Sailor Thunderbird said.
     "Right brother,"  Sailor Phoenix said, "Let's do it!"
     A Thunderbird surrounded Sailor Thunderbird and a Phoenix surrounded Sailor Phoenix.  The two flew up into the sky before forming power dives.  They each struck Serena, throwing her for a loop.  But Serena retaliated with dark lightning and negative fire, rendering the two powerless.  They dropped onto the pile of fallen senshi.
     Luna, upon seeing this, produced two more pendants, one a dragon, the other a sphinx.  These she gave to Nick and John.  She once again said, "You should know what to do!"
     "Right,"  John said, holding up his pendant, "Ice Dragon Star Power.... Make UP!!"
     A dragon appeared and breathed a cold flame on John.  The flame formed his uniform.  The Dragon then flew down and formed his crown.
     "Flame Sphinx Star Power.... Make UP!!"
     A sphinx of flame appeared and breathed flame on Nick.  The flames formed his Sailor uniform.  To complete the transformation the sphinx flew down and formed Nick's crown.
     "Two more to play,"  Serena giggled when she saw the two new Senshi, "And who might you be?"
     "I am Sailor Ice Dragon,"  John said.
     "And I am Sailor Flame Sphinx,"  Nick said.
     "We shall fight evil.  We are Sailor Senshi!"
     Their respective creatures formed around them and they attacked the dark princess.  This time they had a little more luck.  As they were attacking, Sailors Thunderbird and Phoenix crawled off of the pile and attacked the princess along side their friends.  But they were slowly losing the battle.  Luna saw this and produced two more pendants; one a hawk, the other a griffin.  She gave these to Brad and Justin.
     "You should know what to do,"  Luna said before she, Artemis, and Diana ran for cover.
     "Lunar Hawk Star Power.... Make UP!!"  Brad shouted as he held up his pendant.
     A hawk appeared and flew around him, forming his Sailor outfit.  The hawk flew up and formed Brad's crown.
     "Lightning Griffin Star Power.... Make UP!!"
     A griffin appeared and fired lightning bolts from it's claws.  The lightning wrapped around Justin, forming his Sailor uniform.  The griffin then flew down and formed his crown.
     "Let's take care of this,"  Justin said.
     "Right behind you brother,"  Brad said.
 They became the Lunar Hawk and the Lightning Griffin.  They joined their friends in battling the dark princess.  In a short amount of time they had destroyed the princess.  They flew down to the fallen and prepared to fulfill the prophecy.  They joined hands and concentrated.
     "Sailor Planet Power!"
     Waves of energy restored the fallen and turned the princess good again.  Once this occurred everyone returned to their human forms.
     "So, the prophecy has been fulfilled,"  Rei said.
     "I guess so,"  John said, "we become Sailor Senshi and defeated the dark princess.  We restored you and we shall fight beside you."
     "Finally,"  Alex said, "I can get a decent night's sleep."
     Sweat drops formed on everyone's heads.  They all laughed and went home to bed.
