The Scary Mile

by Journey Kayla and Phantom Wolf

“Journey, What are you doing at this late at night?” Daphne said while waking up to Journey’s laptop typing on the keyboard.

“I’m checking my mail and our webpage what else!” Journey said while not turning from her screen. Journey has one of those ibooks. The color was purple.

“Why do you want to do that? I’m trying to sleep.” Daphne asked while lightly scratching her head.

“I’m sorry if I woke you Daph, I’ll do this in the morning.” Journey said while logging out of her computer and going back to bed. Daphne tiredly went back to her room.

In the morning, both sisters overslept. There was a knock on the door. “What now?” Daph said while getting up. Her other half was still sleeping peacefully. Daphne went downstairs to see who was at the door. Soon as she opened it, she was in no surprise.

“Heya Daph.” Fred said in a cheerful mood.

“Morning Fred. Come in.” Daphne said while still holding the door.

“I didn’t know you are going to arrive this early.” Daphne said while closing the door after Fred came in. He walked to the kitchen table.

“Early? It’s eleven in the morning.” “Don’t tell me it’s Saturday?” Daphne asked.

“I’m not kidding it’s eleven in the morning.” Fred said.

“I’m sorry. I couldn’t sleep.”

“Don’t tell me, Journey was on her laptop again.” Daphne didn’t answer. Fred knew it was true.

“Where is she now?”

“Sleeping in her bedroom.” Daphne said when she got her coffee and sitting down at the table.

They heard a moaning.

“That must be her.” Fred said. He walked to the end of the stairs. Then he lifted her up.

“Morning best friend.”

“Morning.”

“You still mad at me because I fired you?” Fred asked. He still had a tired Journey in his arms.

“I forgive you. You had an excuse why you fired me in the first place.” She gave him a big hug. Daphne didn’t mind it. Fred and Journey are best friends.

“Okay put me down so I can get something to eat.” Journey said. Fred put her down and she walked to the kitchen.

“Today is Sunday.” Fred said.

“No work.” Daphne said.

“No gigs or anything.” Journey said happily.

“You aren’t going to practice today.”

“I don’t have a concert this week or nest weekend.” Journey said while getting the cereal out of the cabinet. She was sporting her favorite purple p.j bottoms and a baggy T-shirt. It was fall over in Ohio. The leaves were falling from the Blake sister’s house.

“You moved out of your apartment?” Fred asked while facing her.

“I already did. I told Access that he could have it. I’m going to live with my sister. I don’t want to worry about her every night.” Journey said convincingly to Fred.

“Want anything to eat Fred?” Daphne said.

“No thanks. I already ate.” Fred said.

“Well both of us need to get dressed for today. We’re planing a picnic if you want to invite the gang. Everyone’s welcome.” Daph said. Journey ate her cereal and got up for her room. “I’ll consider it.” Fred said.

Fred left and the girls got dressed. Daphne in her skirt, shirt and her shoes, Journey wore her baggy pants, tank top and sandals. She wore her denim jacket just in case things get cold. They packed everything from subs to sandwiches into a big picnic basket and drove to the Coolsville Park. It was beautiful this time of year. The scenery was amazing and the air was great. Journey packed up her laptop as well.

“You’re bringing that with you?” Daphne asked.

“Yeah. I just want to keep myself busy. I also bought the camera for the fall pictures, books and a drawing pad.” Journey said while digging into her backpack.

“Great. We’re packed lets’ go.” Daphne said. Journey got the car keys and drove off to the park.

Everyone was there with healthy appetites. It was high noon.

“This food is great Daph.” Velma said.

“You said it.” Shaggy said while stuffing himself with the food with Scooby.

“Be careful. There’s a special dessert somewhere that we’re going to save for last.” Journey said.

“What is it?” Fred asked. He took a bite in his sandwich.

“It’s a very special Chocolate pie I made.”

“What’s it called?”

“I don’t know. Maybe Daph can help me.”

“It double chocolate, chocolate chip, double cream pie.” Daphne said.

“What so special about that?” Velma said.

“It was passed down from Blake to Blake. It’s a tradition. We would make it for our friends for this time of year only.” Daphne said.

“And we want everyone to have a taste to see what they want.” Journey said. She took it out for everyone to see.

“No wonder why it’s special. Because it is so good.” So everyone got a piece of the pie. That’s when Savvie and Madison came by.

“Howdy guys.” Madison said.

“Hey Madison, Hey Savvie.” Journey said.

“Sit down and enjoy the dessert that Daph and Journ made.” Fred said.

“Okay.” Both sat down and ate their slice of the pie.

“This is very good. “ Madison said. “What do you think Savvie?”

“That’s very good.” Savvie said. Journey took out the camera.

“Anyone want to take pictures?”

“I will.” Savvie said.

“I’ll come with you.” The gang except Journey and Madison said. They all left.

“Back to the ol’ screen.” Journey said while unpacking her laptop. “I’m a computer savvy. I checked everything.” Journey said.

“Doesn’t matter with me Jo. That’s cool with me. I never seen these computers.”

“Really?” Journey asked.

“We don’t have computers at the Ranch.”

“No communication?” She asked.

“Except for postage mails. Postage mails that the people over at the ranch get every so often.” Madison said.

“This scenery looks so beautiful.” Daphne said while taking pictures.

“I know.” Fred said while keeping her warm by holding her.

“Thanks I need that.” Daphne said.

“Where’s Access?”

“He’s not coming to today’s picnic, he’s practicing with her band. But Journey’s got Madison and us to keep her company.” Savvie said.

“She says that Madison taught her so much about the ranch background it’s not even funny.” Shaggy said.

Scooby just lay on the fallen leaves that were lying motionlessly on the ground. “Here they come.” Velma said. Madison and Journey ran to them.

“Group pictures.” Velma said.

“Okay but I don’t do pictures.” Madison said.

“Come on for me?” Fred said.

“As your big brother, why not?” Madison said. The camera shot every scene.

While they were taking pictures, Access came and joined them. “Hey Journ, you can make a good model.” Access said.

“Why Access?” Daphne asked.

“You three sisters are good at posing and stuff. “I agree with you Access.” Fred said.

Once everything was packed up from their spot, everyone met up at the Blake house for a little inside movie that they shot.

“That was so cool.” Fred said.

“Yeah but I do look silly in these shots.” Savvie said.

“Don’t say that to yourself. You’re a natural.” Daphne said. Journey agreed.

The sisters sat with each other on the couch with Journey in the middle, Fred in the recliner, Shaggy and Scooby on the floor, Madison with the rocker chair and Access with the inflatable chair. All sat and looked at the TV screen.

“I am? Thanks.” Savvie said. “Hey Journ, I’m a natural…. Journey? Journey?”

Journey accidentally fell asleep on the couch. “She had a long day. I’ll carry her to her room.” Fred said. Fred picked her up and went to her room. “Access can you help me with the door?”

“Sure.” Access said while getting up. “I knew she wouldn’t last long for today.” Access said.

“She took in too much fun I guess.” Fred said. So they both put her down on her bed and left her there to sleep. The boys went down stairs to find everyone at the poolside.

“It is so beautiful.” Velma said. All looked at the sunset. It was simply amazing. “It was a short day.”

“You guys were eating a whole lot of food.” Savvie said. Everyone laughed. The song “Make you happy” by Celine Dion was playing in the background.

When Journey woke up, she went to her computer screen to type something up. “What’s going on?” Journey said. She couldn’t go anywhere. “Something’s wrong. I better get the gang.” Journey said. She got up from her chair and ran down stairs to grab the gang.

Journey flew down the staircase, and met Scooby in the process. Unfortunately, she found Scooby by tripping over him. "Wooooooaaaaaaahhh!" Journey wailed as she went flying head-over-heels into the living room. She crashed to the floor, and Scooby came rushing to her side.

"Rorry! Rorry! Rhi ridn't rean ro rip rou, Rourney!" Scooby whimpered an apology. He helped her up, and everyone else came running.

"Like, are you okay?" Shaggy asked.

"Yeah - I'm fine," Journey said as she brushed herself off.

"What's wrong?" Daphne asked worriedly.

"My laptop - I can't get it to do anything," Journey replied. They all went to Journey's room to examine the problem. Journey stared at the screen.

"I've got a message," Journey said as she clicked into the file.

"Hey - it's working now." She read the message while the gang peered over her shoulder. It read: DEAR SCOOBY GANG, YES, I AM THE ONE WHO SCREWED UP YOUR SITE, IN CASE YOU WERE WONDERING. AND THESE ERRORS WILL CONTINUE - UNLESS YOU ALL WILL AGREE TO MEET ME AND MY FRIENDS ON FRIDAY. SIGNED - THE COMPUTER PHANTOM Journey showed the message to the gang. "Like, the "Computer Phantom?'

“Who's that?" Shaggy asked. "I don't know," Savvie said.

"Let's type a reply and ask why he wants us to meet him," Daphne suggested.

So Journey sent a message to the Phantom, saying: DEAR COMPUTER PHANTOM, YOU GOT OUR ATTENTION. WHAT DO YOU WANT? WHY DO YOU WANT US TO MEET YOU? PLEASE WRITE BACK - SIGNED, JOURNEY AND THE GANG "Now all we do is wait," Journey said as she sent the message and logged off.

All of the gang went down stairs to the living room. Still one thing was on their minds. Why does this “Computer Phantom” want to meet them, for what purpose? Everyone sat down in the living room chairs, sofas and recliners.

“What does this Phantom want to meet us?” Velma asked while getting comfortable.

“So far no answers. He did say that he screwed up everything. Including Journey and my Website are screwed with these messages.” Daphne said.

“This is the most mysterious case I’ve ever been on.” Madison said.

“For once, I agree with you!” Savvie said.

Journey just sat there. She didn’t do anything. “I don’t know what to do until these questions are answered.” Fred said.

“So we just don’t do anything?” Velma asked questionably.

“Journey can keep on goin’ on the net and copy every message she and Daphne gets from the Computer phantom.” Madison said.

“That’s a great idea.” Journey finally spoke. Everyone left the Blake house except for Savvie. She and Journey watched a movie while Daphne cooked up food for the movie. It was something to keep their minds off the Phantom.

Journey, Savvie. Can you help me with these?” Daphne asked.

She had full hands worth of food and couldn’t carry it all. So both muted and stopped the video and helped Daphne with the food. They had popcorn, Ice cream, candy and soda. When they got back. They turned on the sound and started to play to movie. It was all good for them.

Others kept themselves busy for the time being. Journey kept her laptop close. So far, no messages were sent from the Phantom. Just then, Journey, Savvie and Daphne checked out the message board. Everything sent to them there was deleted.

“Daph?” Journey said.

“Yeah?” she replied.

“Everything in our message board was deleted.” Journey said.

Savvie and Daphne rushed to the laptop screen.

“See, everything’s missing.” Journey said. Then a voice from the laptop said.

“You got mail.” So they checked it out.

“We got another message from the phantom.” Savvie said while peering from Journey’s shoulders, looking at the folders in Journey’s inbox.

“Don’t open it until I got the gang’s over here.” Savvie said. “Okay then.” Journey said while turning the screen off.

Once the gang got back to the Blake house, they saw the three sisters in the living room with the laptop open.

“What is it now girls?”

“We got another message from our ol’ friend the computer phantom.” Daphne said.

“I told them both not to open it until you guys came.” Savvie said.

“Like, what are you waiting for? Open it!” Shaggy said.

“No way, I’m not doing it.” Journey said.

“Okay I’ll do it.” Fred said. He got on and opened the file.

“It’s all of our questions… answered. Wow!”

DEAR SCOOBY DOO GANGS: I’LL GIVE YOU A DIRECTION SO LISTEN CAREFULLY. MEET MY FRIENDS BACK IN AND ME THE WOODS FRIDAY. NEVER MIND WHY WE WANT TO MEET YOU. JUST MEET US AT THE Coolsville PARK AT TEN AT NIGHT AND ONLY BRING YOURSELVES AND YOURSELVES ONLY. SIGNED THE COMPUTER PHANTOM

“This guys serious.” Velma said while sitting infront of the laptop screen.

“What happened before we got here?” Fred asked.

“All of our messages were deleted plus others from other sites.” Daphne said.

“Even the guest books?” Fred asked.

“All of them were full of signals and weird messages that I can’t read.” Daphne said.

“Like, at least half our questions were answered. Like what do we do now?” Shaggy said.

“Prepare for battle.” Fred said.

Everyone got up and sat down in separate places in the living room. “He said to bring ourselves and ourselves only. What if the guy doesn’t seem to be so bad?” Daphne said.

“Wise up Daphne! He’s screwing up the sites, deleting message boards and giving weird messages in guest books.” Journey said.

“Journey’s the Internet junkie in the group.” Fred said.

“What does that have to do with anything?” Velma said.

“I mean, since Journey the big Internet fan, we can have her check out he sites that have been screwed.” Fred said. All eyes were laid on Journey. Scooby gave her the sad, puppy eyes.

“Okay sure.” Journey aid.

“Okay that handles everything.”

“What about that meeting?” “We have to bring Journey with us. She’s the first to discover everything that’s going on in cyberspace.” Fred said.

The week passed slowly. Scooby and his friends couldn't think about anything else besides what the Computer Phantom had said. Every one of them was extremely frightened. But finally, it was Friday night. Time to go to the park, and confront this creep.

As Fred parked the van, he said, "Now we can get to the bottom of this cyberspace crook." "Like, let's not, and say we did," Shaggy said shakily.

"C'mon, Shaggy. If we do this, we won't get any more of those scary messages," Daphne said plainly.

"Like, okay," Shaggy said sadly as he followed the rest of the gang into the park. Scooby skulked beside him.

All of a sudden, bright white lights turned on all around them! Scooby hid behind Shaggy, who jumped into Velma's arms. Access and Journey froze on the spot, and Daphne jumped into Fred's arms. Savvie jumped into Daphne's arms, causing Fred to collapse from the weight. Scooby was in Madison's arms, and both of them were trembling helplessly. A dry voice cackled in the distance.

"You have arrived!" the voice said harshly. The gang said nothing. Fred was too frightened to push Savvie and Daphne off of his back! The two sisters were holding each other tight in fear. All of them darted their eyes around, trying to find the source of the voice. Then, a tall figure loomed out of the shadows.

It stood over them, its red eyes glowing. It turned out to be . . . a vampire! Journey didn't think it was real.

"Oh, c'mon - that mask is totally fake!" she said, reaching for the vampire's face. She grabbed his ear, and tried to yank it off.

The vampire became enraged, "Let go, you little wretch!" the vampire screamed.

"It's probably make-up!" Journey said. She grabbed up a garden hose that someone left out, turned it on, and sprayed the vampire in the face. When she turned it off, she found out that the vampire was real!

"Grab them, werewolf henchmen!" the vampire declared.

Before the gang could move, hideous werewolves grabbed them from behind! The werewolves grabbed them up by the backs of their shirts, and lifted them off the ground. The gang dangled helplessly as the brawny werewolves held them up. They growled fiercely. Shaggy gulped.

The werewolves carried their victims to the edge of a huge pit, about ten feet deep, and thirty feet wide. Then they were tied up with coarse rope, binding their arms to the sides of their bodies, and their ankles together. Then, one of the werewolves looked up toward the high branches above them. He reached up, and pulled down - nine steel hooks! The hooks were connected to a tough cord. The monsters hooked the gang to the cords, and lifted them into the air. Then they were hung over the pit, shaking with shear fright. They were tied up, and there was nothing they could do about it! Then the vampire leered over.

"We're so glad that you could come to our party!" he said. With that, he nodded at one of the werewolves, and the werewolf picked up a gallon of gasoline!

"Like, I have a bad feeling about this!" Shaggy whispered to Access, who was dangling next to him.

The werewolf then dumped the gas into the pit, soaking the whole bottom of it. Then another werewolf lit a torch.

"Uh, oh," Velma said.

"What do you mean?" Access asked her.

"You know what she means!" Daphne shrieked.

"What?" Shaggy asked her, completely scared out of his mind.

"You don't get it?!" Daphne screamed, wide-eyed. She was trying to wriggle out of the ropes, though it was unsuccessful. She growled angrily. Shaggy shook his head no, not understanding the situation.

"We're gonna be barbecued, you twit!" Daphne screamed, not meaning to call Shaggy names. With that, the werewolf threw the torch into the pit. Then the pit exploded into flames. The fire leaped up at the gang, making them shrink back and flinch.

There had to be a way to get away from the rope and from the flames that were going to eat away the poor gang. That's when an idea got to Fred. It's going to be a tad dangerous but he had to give it a try.

"Hey Guys, I got a idea,” he said.

"And what's that?" Journey asked.

"You know how a swing works?" Fred asked.

"Fred there's no time for demonstrating an elementary school playground!" Access exclaimed who was dangling next to him.

"If we can swing back and forth to that button over there, to let the water out to put out the fire." Fred said.

"Why didn't you say something?" Shaggy said. So with all their might, they swung the rope back and forth with all their weight to get to that button over at the other side of that wall. Fred and Shaggy finally pushed the button and the sprinkler came on. Then Velma noticed something too.

"Uh guys...."

"What now Velma?" Madison said. All he worried about was that to get out of there.

"Look at the rope." Daphne said while noticing.

Everyone looked at the rope. It was hanging by a sliver. "We're going to die!" Shaggy said. "Reah rim raried." Scooby said. He was trembling in fear. Suddenly... SNAP!! The rope broke, everyone was falling to the bottom of the pit. It was all covered in water.

The vampire and his two werewolf henchmen went to find out what was going on. They found the gang out of the water. "The ropes loose and the victims escaped! Find them and capture them." He ordered his henchmen. The henchmen went to find the gang.

The gang was trapped at the nearest door. "Got any brilliant ideas Freddy!?!" Savvie asked. "I don't know but I think we're going to be followed. Then the gang went to a private room. "There, I found something." "What is it?" "A room so we can hide." Fred said. But he found the door locked. "Shoot locked." Velma said. "Now what do we do?" Access asked. "Reah." Scooby said. Shaggy and Scooby were trembling in fear. Everyone stood there in fear. The werewolves were hot on their trail. "There they are knock them out!" One werewolf said.

They got knocked out with knockout gas. Everyone collapsed when they inhaled the sweet-sour scent. The werewolves captured every single one of them to metal cages so they can't get out. It looked like a jail cell. But they weren’t together. All except for Journey and Savvie.

Everyone woke up from their lonely, long nap. The gang woke up to see the vampire looking at them as they rise. “What are you going to do to us?” Journey said. She was mad because they put Access and her in separate places. “Oh nothing much. I told you that I wanted you to meet you here if you wanted everything to stop. And you did and everything’s stop.”

“Yeah by putting me and my boyfriend in separate places. Where are my friends?” Journey and Savvie asked. They were together and far from the gang. “They’re in separate places so they can see what I do to you two.” “Why do you want us anyway?” Savvie asked. “You two are very special. I know what to do with you.” Journey and Savvie just faced each other when the vampire laughed evilly and turned away from them.

The vampire held a strange necklace, with a mysterious jewel hanging on it. He held it infront of the two girls.

As the amulet dangled lazily, Savvie and Journey seemed to be attractive to it. “When I snap my fingers, you’ll loose your memory and become my slaves, and your first order is: KILL THE SCOOBY DOO GANG!” He pulled the necklace away and snapped his fingers.

The girls’ teeth grew. Their nails extended. Their bodies were covered in fur. Their hands and feet became gruesome paws. The vampires shove the two new were wolves into a cage the he proceeded to release them in a clearing. He opened the cage, and the werewolves bolted from the cage and followed the gang. They found Scooby Doo and the gang in a small clearing just ten minutes later. Their red eyes began as they charged!

With their memories lost here was nothing else that they could do. All they hoped for was a few things, them getting back to their normal state and save them. The gang wished for a miracle.

When the gang did get up, they saw two harry werewolves. "Oh my gosh they've been turned into werewolves!" Daphne screamed. "You don't know that Daph. It maybe the henchmen." Fred said. "But look, ones's got brown fur and ones' got red fur.. It is Journey and Savvie!" Velma said.

Then they found something on the floor. Savvie kept the vampire busy they got both Savvie and the weapon they got started to attack the vampire with it. With no idea what she was doing, Journey got the gang free and helped Savvie fight. All the gang could do is watch the two fight off the vampire.

There were claw marks everywhere on the vampire. But the fight wasn't over yet. Savvie, Journey and Daphne were fighting the vampire.

When they were almost to the point to where vampire was almost beaten to a pulp, the werewolves captured Journey, Daphne and Savvie. Still pregnant with a baby girl.

Still, the gang needed a plan to rescue their fallen three that were captured infront of them that very night. If there was a plan.

After the henchmen dragged the three angry sisters away, Fred got a great idea. He snapped his fingers, and said, "I've got it!" He got the group into a huddle. Fred looked at Shaggy. "Hey, Shag - do you still have your old werewolf costume from last Halloween?" Fred asked. "Like, yeah," Shaggy said.

"Good - go back to the van and get it," Fred replied. Shaggy was shocked. "Like, you want me to go through there; with werewolves and vampires out there?! Like, no way!" Velma pulled a little plastic baggie from her pocket, full of Scooby Snacks. Scooby and Shaggy gazed at them hungrily.

"Shaggy - would you go for a Scooby Snack?" she said. "Ten, and it's a deal," Shaggy said. "Oh, okay - ten," Velma said, giving him ten Scooby Snacks. Shaggy gobbled the treats down. Then she dashed to the Mystery Machine for his werewolf costume. Moments later, he returned with the hairy bundle in his arms.

"Like, now what?" Shaggy asked. Fred took the costume from him. Then he placed it on himself. He looked at Shaggy. "How do I look?" he asked. "You look positively hideous!" Shaggy joked in a girly voice. The costume was indeed hideous. You couldn't tell it was Freddy under all that hair! "Next, we need something to distract the henchmen," Fred said, eyeing Scooby and Shaggy. Scooby sighed.

"Rokay - for Raphne, Rourney, and Ravvie," he said. Shaggy agreed. "Next, we need something to distract Count Dracula," Fred said, referring to the monstrous vampire. He looked at Madison, and grinned. "What? Do I look like bait to you?" Madison said in a shaky voice. "Okay. Now, Access - you and Velma will help me free the girls," Fred concluded. They broke their huddle, and went to do their jobs. Scooby and Shaggy spotted the werewolf henchmen, guarding the cage where the girls were held captive.

"You know what to do," Fred said. Scoob and Shag nodded. They walked up to the henchmen. Shaggy tapped one on the shoulder. The werewolf looked at him, and started to growl. "Like, hey dude - do you have a bald spot?" Shaggy said as the werewolves ran after him and Scooby-Doo. Madison went up to the vampire to keep him distracted while the others freed the sisters. "You know sir, that's a mighty nice cloak you're wearing - is it Armani?" Madison said.

The henchmen left the keys unguarded, giving Fred the chance to snag them. He unlocked the heavy iron door, and found the girls, now back to normal, huddled in a corner. "It's one of the henchmen!" Savvie exclaimed when she saw Fred. Fred clamped his hand over her mouth. He removed the gruesome mask. "We're gonna get you out of here," Velma said as he and Access put on a couple of the empty shackles. "We're going to make ourselves look like prisoners, then Fred can get us out of here in Shaggy's Halloween costume," Access said.

Journey and Savvie stood up. Fred noticed why Daphne didn't. She had a long scratch down the side of her leg. "What's that from?" Fred said. "One of the werewolves had a knife," Savvie said. Fred unhooked Daphne from the shackles, and carried her in his arms. (Shackles are little iron cuffs that go around your ankles. Several people can be hooked onto one chain of them.)

Fred grabbed up a rope, tied it around Journey's neck, and led them out. Madison had long since dashed into the woods. The vampire stopped Fred. "Where are you taking these prisoners?" the vampire asked angrily.

"I'm going to do away with them, Master," Fred said in a gruff, werewolf-sounding voice. "Very well. They are worthless," the vampire said, letting them by. "Drown them in the river," he said. Fred nodded, then walked on. When the vampire was out of sight, Journey hugged Access. "We made it!" she said happily. Just then, Shaggy and Scooby burst out of the trees.

When they saw Fred, they freaked out big time. Fred pulled off the mask. "It's only me, you guys!" Fred said. "Like, silly me! Hey - you got the girls!" Shaggy said. Then their little rejoice was cut short by a rustling in the bushes. "Hairy Scary and his buddy are on their way - RUN!" Shaggy exclaimed.

The werewolves went after the gang in large packs. The gang ran as fast as they can with all of their energy that almost left them. "I thought that this was over!" Daphne said. "That's what i thought but I don't think it's over until it's over." Fred said. "And Like when this will be over?" Shaggy asked. "I don't know." Fred said. "Thanks a lot." Shaggy said sarcastically.

When they were far way from them, they took a break from running and rested on a rock near the river. "I guess 'dressing into a werewolf costume' backfired huh bro?" Madison said. "Yeah I thought that they disappeared. Now that they know that you aren't one of them that's going to 'drown' us into the river nearby." Daphne said.

The others felt silent and didn't say a word. They all know that the werewolves are going to find them. The gang got up and made a move for it. "They're on the move again!" Journey said while running behind. Savvie was lagging behind them. Until they found yet another hiding place, they had to keep on moving. All were tired and their energy was zapped out of them but still kept on going.

They found a cave and the werewolves were long gone away from them. The gang went to the cave and closed it shut with dirt and twigs. The guys got some wood for the fire and went to sleep. But before that, they had to be assigned to go on watch. The keep the girls safe. The werewolves didn’t find them that night so all went to sleep.

The next day, the gang woke up. Even though it was dark in the cave, a pinch of sunlight peaked inside it. Scooby was the first one to awake, then Access, Daphne, Fred, Shaggy and the others except Journey. She was fast asleep. “I guess she had all of her energy zapped out of her.

When she woke up, they were complaining of aches and pains. They had no sleeping bags and pillows so they were cold and stuff. They got out of the cave and walked home. But it wasn’t over…yet!

Journey sat up and stretched. "Ohhh . . . I feel like I've been run over by a horse," she moaned. "Likewise," Savvie said, standing up. "C'mon - we've got to get home!" Fred declared, getting the mud and twigs out of the way and starting to leave. Everyone else followed quickly.

Scooby was leading the way. He was eager to get home and have breakfast. All of a sudden, they heard the snap of a twig. They turned around, and saw - three very large men, in shredded clothes - the werewolves! They bolted after the gang.

Daphne still had a little extra strength in her from when she was a werewolf herself several weeks ago. She stopped in her tracks, and one of the wolf-men leaped at her. He was three times her size, which meant three times the strength. But he didn't know her secret.

Daphne grabbed the man's arm as he was about to crush her, and thrashed him to the ground, twisting his arm out of its socket. Daphne snarled a little, and ran off with the gang as the other two went to help him with his injury. "Good going, Daph!" Shaggy said.

Then they saw more groups of large men prowling the park, looking for them. Access looked up. The gang followed his gaze. "Let's climb the trees, then we'll go right over them, and out of the park!" he declared. So the gang shinnied up the trees, and out onto the branches.

But they had to be careful - one false move and the werewolves would hear them. About twenty minutes later, Shaggy's bellbottoms snagged on one of the branches. He struggled to pull them loose, and then, he lost his balance, and fell, head-over-heels, into the forest green below. He landed with a big THUD. "We have to see if Shaggy's alright!" Journey said, leading the gang down the tree.

They followed her down, and started to look for their friend. Scooby sniffed around, until he caught the fresh scent of . . . Scooby Snacks! He bolted after the smell, and right into Shaggy! He licked Shaggy's face, then signaled the gang over there with a high whistle.

They came over right away, and greeted Shaggy. "Like, I found a small cave," Shaggy said, showing them an opening to a small cave, hidden by years of vines and grass. The gang ventured inside. "Like, why do I open my big mouth?" Shaggy said, following them, nervously. Then they saw something amazing. There was a candle, and under its eerie glow, sat . . . a coffin. The vampire's coffin! “Oh my gosh! A coffin!”

“But it’s still asleep. So we got nothing to worry about.” Journey said as she and the gang were looking at the coffin closely. “Are you okay Shaggy, You do look like you’re scared?” Daphne said. “That’s because I AM SCARED!” Shaggy exclaimed. “Don’t worry, we’ll protect you at all cost but we are all in danger if we don’t watch it.” Access said.

When they got home, they rested after their adventure. But it wasn’t over. They were all tuckered out and went to sleep at the estate. “Gee I wonder why they’ll so tired.” Mr. Blake said. “Crazy adventure lemme guess.” Mrs. Blake said

That afternoon, everyone woke up. “Everyone’s status?” Fred said. Everyone felt great. But they weren’t scared out of their adventure yet.

That night the vampire woke up from his sleep to find something of the gang’s there. “What is it?” He asked the werewolves. “It looks like something of that little Blake sister or the other one.” One of the henchmen said. “Mr. Blake has three daughters.” The vampire said. He noticed that the gang escaped with the sisters and suddenly he was enraged. “They have escaped! Find them now!!!” He said. So the henchmen went to work finding the three sisters who were safe in the mansion.

The werewolves went to their first looking place. The Blake sister house. They trashed the place. They weren’t there. So they went to the Blake mansion. They found the sisters well asleep in one room. They also found Access, Fred and Radian protecting them.

The werewolves knocked them out, and dragged the pair silently out of the window. Everyone was asleep.

By now, Savvie had safely delivered her baby. The small baby, Crimson, was sound asleep in her mother’s arms. But Savvie was tired out from their adventure and the delivery. Crimson started to reach up to her mother face, and tap her cheek. Savvie opened her eyes, and Crimson giggled.

Still tired, Savvie peered around. Raridan and Access were no where to be found. Hastily, Savvie shook Daphne’s shoulder Daphne woke up with a start.

What- what’s going on?! Is it Crimson? What’s wrong?!” Daphne yelped. Savvie grabbed Daphne with one hand and shook her. “Chill out sis! It isn’t me- it’s Raridan and Access- they’re gone!” Savvie replied.

“Oh, my gosh!” Daphne said, shaking Fred and Journey. They woke up. “Access and Raridan are gone!” They exclaimed. Shaggy and Scooby had heard the commotion, and the pair came running with Velma leading the way. They threw open the door.

“Like, What’s wrong” Shaggy wailed. “Ris rit Rimson?” Scooby asked, looking at the baby. Crimson grabbed Scooby’s nose. Scooby giggled.

“Access and Raridan are gone!” Journey exclaimed. She was upset. She threw herself into Daphne’s arms and started to sob. Daphne patted her back. “It’s okay, We’ll get them back,” Daphne said soothingly, trying to comfort her sister.

“Hmmm- maybe… they took the guys to the cave!” Velma exclaimed. So the whole gang piled into the Mystery Machine- even Savvie and her baby. They didn’t want to leave her alone- they had to stick together.

When they got to the park, Fred stopped the van. Fred pointed to Scooby. Scooby’s eyes got wide with fright. “What if the werewolves come back.” He thought. Then he glanced at the infant in Savvie’s arms, sound asleep. They couldn’t leave them alone, nor could they let them go with them.

It was too dangerous. Savvie was too tired, and the baby totally helpless. Scooby grinned. Then he clicked all four of his heals together, and saluted. “Rokay, ro Ravvie rand Rimson!” Scooby barked, wagging his tail lazily. “Atta boy!” Shaggy said, giving Scooby a Scooby snack, and petting him good bye as the gang walked always. As Scooby waved goodbye, Crimson woke up, and grabbed a hold of Scooby’s tail

While Scooby took care of Savvie and Crimson, the others searched for Access and Raridan.

“Where could they be?” Shaggy asked. “Maybe in that cave that we got out of.” Daphne said while walking through the part. It was semi-warm outside so everyone needed sweaters. “I wish I can be in bed and lay in it forever.” Journey said.

Raridan’s burred vision came into his eyes. Ever since the knock out, he dreamed of holding his daughter. His vision came back, seeing Access lying on the ground. Then a few seconds later, he woke up. “Are you okay Access?” Raridan asked while rubbing his eyes. Access was rubbing his head. “My head throbs but I’m okay. What about you, are you alright?” Access said. “My vision was bad but I can see and I’m fine.” Raridan said. Both looked around in the cave and remembered that this was the same cave that they were stuck in. “Now I remember, this is the cave that we hid in when the werewolves were going after us.” Raridan said. “I have to agree with you on that Raridan.” Access said.

During the walk, Journey got a little dizzy and everyone rested. “I hope everyone’s okay. How’s everyone?” Journey said. “We’re fine but all we’re worried about is Access, Raridan, Scooby, Savvie and Crimson.” Fred said. “I know I’m worried too.” Journey said.

Daphne supported her by putting an arm around her. “I know you’re husband and our brother-in-law is in danger but we have to carry on and find them.” Daphne said. “I know. Thanks for the up lift. Let’s carry on people!” Journey said as she got up and taking lead. Everyone moaned and walked with her.

When they got to the cave, they saw two figures on the ground. “Raridan! Access!” Daphne said. They ran and got them free. Both were shooken up from the ordeal. Journey examined Access. “How are you feeling?” “My head throbs but I’ll be okay. I’m so glad you guys are here.” They hugged. But when they were about to kiss, a few werewolves saw them.

“It’s them… the werewolves! Everyone run!!” Fred and the gang ran. When they got to this other cave, they set another trap.

That night, the Vampire woke up from his daily nap and went after the gang. The werewolves told the vampire where they were. “They’re in that other cave we can catch them there.” The vampire and werewolves ran after them.

"Time to drink some blood," the vampire said as he turned into a bat and flew out of the cave. Just then, Daphne and Velma jumped out in front of himthey knew it was the vamp - anyone could tell with a set of red eyes like that! The vampire changed into human form. "Ahhh . . . fresh blood," the vamp said. "So thirsty . . . must drink . . ."

He hissed as he started to close in on the two girls. "If you're thirsty, why didn't you say so?" Velma said. Daphne took out a huge spritz bottle from behind her back. "Here's something to quench your thirst!" Daph exclaimed, spraying the vamp in the face. The girls bolted from the scene. The vampire was furious. "Foolish mortals!" he growled, running after them.

He lost track of them. "Where did they go?" he asked, scratching his head. Just then, Journey jumped out. She waved her arms. "Hey, YOU!" she called. The vampire looked at her. "Yeah - I'm talkin' to YOU, fang-face!" she taunted. The vampire ran after her. "Spring it!" Journey said, running under the trap the gang set up. Fred nodded. Just as the vampire passed under, Fred released the trap. A net landed on the vampire's head - bull's-eye!

"Now let's see who this vampire is!" Fred said after the vampire was captured. Journey unmasked him and found out that the vampire was real!

"Oh my gosh, It's... it's real!" Journey said. "Someone get me a piece of wood so someone can stab him." Velma said. Daphne found a piece of wood or a metal with a sharp end on it.

"So who's going to do the honors." Shaggy said. Everyone pointed at Access. "Oh no. Not me! There's no way I’m doing this." He said. "You're going to do it weather you like it or not!" Journey said.

All he did was sigh. "Okay I'll do it. For Savvie, Crimson and Scooby." He said. Velma gave him the piece of metal with the sharp edge and stabbed the vampires in the heart and the werewolves.

"Don't think I’m a crazy lunatic or anything. I’m doing this for the gang okay?" Access said when he was done. All of a sudden, after Access stabbed them in the hearts, all disappeared in a mist. All was gone.

The Vampire and his werewolf henchmen shriveled up and dissolved after Access stabbed them in the hearts. Shaggy turned white, became stiff as a board and fainted. The gang looked at him quizzically. Velma raised an eyebrow. “Jinkies - I guess that was too much for Shaggy.” She joked.

Journey nodded. Then they all went back to the Mystery Machine in the parking lot. Shaggy started the van and they sped off to the Blake mansion, as Fred and Journey dressed the bloody wound on Daphne’s leg. They wrapped it up in gauze.

When they reached the estate, Fred picked Daphne up, and carried her into the house. He laid her on the couch. Savvie peered at the wound. “It’ll be fine - it should heal in a week or so,” She said. “Man, that was some adventure!” Journey said. “Reah, Reah!” Scooby said, nodding his head. His ears flopped around has he nodded, making the gang laugh.

“Like, I’ll get us something to eat. We’ll celebrate.” Shaggy said, running into the kitchen. Scooby followed eagerly. “What’re we gonna make?” Shaggy said. Scooby rubbed his chin. “Raghetti!” He replied, licking his chops.

“Hey - I saw Freddy- boy at the jewelers the other day, buying an engagement ring.” Shaggy said. “He let us see it remember.?” “Reah rits ro Raphne,” Scooby barked. Shaggy nodded. “Like, get the rest of the gang - I got a plan.” Shaggy said. Scooby walked out of the kitchen.

"Ruh- roh." Scoobs said under his breath. "Get everyone in here except Fred and Daphne." Shaggy whispered, opening the door. Scooby wagged in agreement then brought everyone except for Fred and Daphne. "What's going on?" Journey asked.

Shaggy got them into a huddle, and they formulated a plan. That night, when the spaghetti was done, shaggy brought it out on a huge plate. He set it on the coffee table, between Fred and Daphne.

Journey let a candle and turned out the lights. Then Shaggy grabbed a violin, and Velma grabbed an accordion. Then, everyone began to sing. "It's been so long since I felt like this, Can hardly wait till our next kiss, you're so cool, I can hardly get enough of what you do. . ." (LeAnn Womacks's "I love you")

Fred and Daphne began to eat their spaghetti. Shaggy elbowed Journey. "Did you get the ring?" He asked. "Yep - took it out of Fred's jacket when he gave it to me to hang up on the coat rack." Journey replied. "Did you do i what i said for you do with it?" Shag said. "Yeah - now keep singing before they become suspicious." Journey said, beginning to sing again.

It was very humorous, everyone was out of tune, and half of them didn't know the words. Shaggy was pretty loud, and Scooby's voice stuck out like a sore thumb - he was howling with the Melody! Then, it happened. Fred and Daphne were on the same strand of Spaghetti. In a few seconds, their lips met in the middle. But before they could react to the sudden kiss, they realized that they were both biting into the something hard.

Daphne pulled the object from hers and Fred's Jaws. It was a small, and something on it twinkled, but it wasn't bright enough to see. She held it under the candlelight. Fred gulped when he realized it was the engagement ring that he bought for Daphne a few weeks back. Shaggy and Journey exchanged happy glances - Journey had placed the ring in their spaghetti!

But Fred wasn't angry at all. He smiled at Daphne, and Daphne replied the same glance. She blushed, and looked the other way. She knew what he was asking.

Everyone stopped singing when Fred and Daphne looked at the ring that was in Daph's hands. "What is this? What are you going to ask me?" Daphne said. Fred had plans of his own. He hired Journey to sing the question. Since she had a good on tune voice. It took her a while to record the song but It turned out okay.

He turned on the tape recorder and Daphne listened. She's going to try hard not to cry. "I loved you from the very start. You've always been in my heart for a long time. I wanna love you forever. I want to be side-by - side with you so we'll never be apart. So Daphne will you marry me?" It stopped.

Daphne looked at Journey and her daughter Mira in her mother's arms. "Hey, he wrote the lyrics, I just went with it." Journey said. Five months later , Mira was born and now a six months old. Journey took her home in time to record the song. "So will you marry me?" He asked. "Of course I'll marry you." Daphne said. He put the engagement on the ring finger.

"You know.... Mira's going to have her mother's talents when she grows up." Fred said. "She's only a month old Fred." Journey said. She put Mira in her grandmother's arms. Crimson was in her grandfather's arms sound asleep. "Looks like you two have your hands full." Savvie said. "I know. You and Savvie having kids when Journey just turned twenty. Both have pretty names. Mira and Crimson." Mr. Blake said.

"Daddy... I love you when you say those things." Savvie said giving her father a kiss on the cheek. "Where are the daddy's" Mrs. Blake said stroking Mira's head. She noticed that she looked at her fire engine red hair, she didn't look like her parents. Then she remembered that Journey changed her hair to brown but Mira is going to have her mother's old hair color. Journey checked her laptop for any more complications.

"Hey Guys.... We have no more problems." Everyone gathered around her. "I guess we took care of them greatly." Velma said. "The Internet is back to normal.” Journey said. Closing down the computer to tend to Mira. She had two bottles in her hand. "You feed Crimson with this dad and mom you feed Mira with this Milk.

Everyone couldn't wait for the Wedding that was going to happen a couple of days later.

Daphne and her sisters told their parents about the upcoming wedding. Their mother burst into tears. Daphne pattered her mother’s back. “What’s wrong mom?” She asked. Mrs. Blake hugged her daughter. “I’m just so happy!” She sobbed into Daphne’s jacket. “ We’re happy to know that our little baby’s all grown up,” Mr. Blake replied. An amused grin spread across from his face. “Little Baby?” he giggled as Daphne blushed, grinning back. Mrs. Blake let go, letting Daphne catch her breath.

“So who’s going to be who?” Mr. Blake asked. “Savvie, Velma, Journey, and Sabri are going to be the bride’s maids,” Daphne announced proudly, pointing at four of them. “And moms’ going to be the maid of honor.”

Fred stood up. He pointed to Access and Raridan. “Access will be the best man, and Raridan will be the ring barrier,” He announced. Shaggy and Scooby stood up. “Like hey – what about us?” Shaggy asked. “Reah?” Scoobs agreed.

“Hmmm – okay. There will be TWO best men – Shaggy – you’ll be that second best man,” Fred said happily, patting Shaggy’s back. “And you, Scooby,” Fred said pointing to Scoobs, “Will assist Raridan as the ring – bearer.” Scooby stood up and saluted like a solider. “Res sir.” He barked.

“TWO best men? TWO ring barriers, and FOUR brides maids? That’s one BIG wedding!” Mr. Blake said, raising his eyebrows. Velma stood up. “Well this is a BIG event in the history of the Scooby Doo gang – we’ve waited for this to happen since we were teenagers,” She said. “Really?” Daphne asked. Velma nodded.

“We all knew that you and Fred had that upcoming romance – it just wouldn’t blossom until Fred spilled his feelings – and now that he did, we all get to be a part of this joyous event!” Velma replied.

“When’s the wedding?” Sabri asked. “I called the minister – it’ll be a week from now,” Journey replied. The gang rushed in getting the stuff reading for the wedding. It was great – especially since Shaggy suggested that it will be a TYE-DYE wedding! They all looked fantastic.

Fred and Daphne repeated their wedding vows. Ring – barrier Scooby came down the aisle holding Daphne’s ring gently in his teeth. He dropped it in Fred’s hand, and he placed it on Daphne’s left hand. He repeated h is vows. Then Raridan came, and gave Fred’s ring to Daphne, who placed it on Fred’s left hand as she repeated her vows.

“Do you, Fred Jones, take Daphne Blake as your wife?” The minister asked, looking intently at Fred. Fred smiled at Daphne.

“I do.” He replied.” Then the Minister turned his gaze to Daphne.

“And do you, Daphne Blake, take Fred Jones, as you husband?” He asked. Daphne sighed.

“I do,” She said happily. The minister raised his head to the watching crowd.

“By the power invested in me, and by the state of Ohio, I therefore pronounce you man and wife, you may kiss the bride!” The minister declared. Daphne and Fred shared a long, passionate kiss as the audience clapped and cheered. They were married, at long last.

The gang hugged Fred and Daphne. Daphne threw the bouquet – and who caught it? Velma! It landed in her arms as she exclaimed

“Jinkies!” As she was tackled by other women. Fred threw the garter. It landed on Shaggy’s head, as he chowed down on a slice of cake.

Journey and Savvie came up to the married couple. Both were happy. “I’m so proud of you guys.” Savvie said.

“Oh – almost forgot. Guys.” Journey said. Raridan and Access brought Mira and Crimson.

“Say hello to you new uncle.” Raridan said giving Crimson to Fred to hold. He held her for a while. Then he held Mira.

“Hey Mira – almost a month old girl. I never asked you – why did you name her ‘Mira’?” Fred asked.

“After my choreographer and a friend from Space.” Journey said.

“And we thought it was cute.” Access said putting his arm around his wife.

Both sat down. Fred gave Mira back once she cried.

“What’s the matter Mira?” Access said sweetly. He gently patted her back. She burped. Everyone laughed.

“I hope that everyone’s going to respect you guys more because you’re married. Just like Journey and me.” Savvie said.

But Mira still cried. “Sabbs? Can you keep an eye on Mira for minute while I get the stuff from the car?” Journey asked.

“Okay then.” Sabbs said. Access brought Mira to Sabbs. She continued to cry.

“It’s okay Mira. Everything will be okay. Your mother will be right back.” Sabbs soothed the little redheaded infant.

Journey came back with a bottle and a blanket. Mira was brought back to Journey and she fed her. That put her to sleep for a while.

“This is what you have to go though when you two have kids.” Savvie said. The gang laughed.

The gang had the reception at the Blake mansion. Daphne and Fred announced that they were moving out of their homes, and moving into a cozy, two-story condo just a block down the road, on Meridian Ave. Daphne gave the mansion to Journey, as a congrats gift for the birth of Daphne's new niece, Mira, for encouraging Fred and Daphne to express their hidden feelings. To Shaggy, they gave him a huge, seven-layer cake, cooked by Daphne and Fred themselves. As soon as Shaggy sighted the cake on the table, he dove for it at once!

Daphne and Fred went on their honeymoon, to Niagara Falls. Velma sighed as she watched the Mystery Machine round the corner, and disappear from sight.

"At last - Fred and Daphne are together," she said to Sabrina.

"Yeah - those two were meant for each other," Sabrina replied. Journey giggled. She was happy to see her oldest sister get married to a good man. Then, she also thanked the stars for Access and Mira, as did Savvie for Crimson and Raridan. Then, she heard something in the trees.

She looked up, and saw something she didn't quite expect - cupid!

"I've been trying for over 15 years to get those two lovebirds t'gether!" he said, polishing an arrow. Journey nodded. "And then you get 'em to fall head-over-heels for each other in 15 SECONDS!" He laughed, and flew away.

Journey shrugged her shoulders as she walked into her new house. Then, Scooby jumped off the couch, and let Journey sit down. Journey looked at him.

"You wanna watch Mira for a moment, Scooby?" she asked.

"Sure!" Scooby yipped, wagging his tail.

"Okay - Mira, this is Scooby," Journey said, gently setting the infant down next to Scooby.

"Rello, Rira!" Scooby barked softly, knowing that the baby's hearing was sensitive. Mira laughed. She reached up, and grabbed Scooby's ear. She pulled on it, but not hard enough for Scooby to yelp in pain - instead, he just giggled! Scooby then uttered these three words: "Scooby-Dooby-Doooooooo!"
