Journey, Scooby and Shaggy are packing up their things to go on this camping trip near the woods. Shaggy's getting nightmares about the past and the ghost. He also had second thoughts of going with Journey and Scooby.
The reason why Journey's taking them is because she's needs some fresh air about everything. He went with them anyway to get over it all. They packed up food, clothes, personal items, buckets, sleeping bags, first aid kit and extra blankets.
"This is going to be fun. Eh guys?" Journey said. "Yeah, Like fun. I'm so excited to go." Shaggy said while getting into the front passenger side of Journey's ford aspire. Scooby went into the back seat of the car. "Reah." Scooby said. "Ready to go?" Journey said.
"Like I'm ready, what about you Scooby?" He asked. "Ready." He said. Journey got into the car and they drove off. Saying goodbye to the people as they went.
At the campsite, they un-packed. All put up individual tents. Then they saw that there was a abandoned cabin so Journey Shaggy and Scooby drove up there and unpacked there.
There was not much furniture and appliances so the three made the best of it.
There was on clock, TV, radio and water. There was a couch, table, fridgerator, stove, CD boombox, tables, chairs, plates, bowls silverware, cups, and Chinas.
Shaggy checked the place if there was any electricity. "There is." Shaggy said.
Journey unpacked her stuff in a master room so did Scooby. Shaggy looked around at the place. "Like, this is a neat place." Shag said while laying on the couch. He got comfortable.
He loved the place so much that he wants to move here. That was all right. "This couch is comfortable. He said.
Journey got dressed in her shorts and shorts and grabbed a few large buckets of water. Scooby went with her to the pond nearby to get some water. Shaggy saw them at the door.
"Hey like where are you two going?" He asked. "To get some water at the pond. Wanna come?" "Sure." Shaggy grabbed a very large bucket and went with them.
While the three went to get the water at the pond. Someone came to the cabin and started to mess up the place. Journey heard something. "Guys, do you hear something?" Journey asked. "What?" Shaggy said. "I'm serious. Listen." She said. All of them listened. "It's coming from the cabin." Shaggy said.
When the got back to the cabin, "MY CAR IS GONE!" Journey screamed. "Do you think it moved like on its' own?" "I don't know. I have the keys and the plastic keys for the car right here." Journey said while waiving the keys.
Something is going on. Shaggy and Scooby were getting so scared. "Don't worry I hope the cabin wasn't hurt.
They went inside the cabin. "What happened?" Shaggy said. They saw the place crashed. Windows shattered, stuff everywhere, some of the chairs were missing legs. Some of the furniture was gone.
"Check your rooms." Journey said. Everyone checked their rooms. "My photo album is gone." Journey said. "So is my secret food stash." Shaggy said.
Scooby sniffed around. He stopped. "What is it Scooby?" Shaggy said. "Rit Rinks rin rere." They took a whiff and it was foul. "What's that smell?" Shaggy said. "I don't know. They looked every where.
"Journey! Scooby! I found something." Shaggy said. "What did you find?" Journey, Scooby and Shaggy went inside the room. "OH my gosh." "Like someone died here and was right here." it was a corpse being rotted out. "Like, let's close the door." Shaggy said so they closed the bedroom door.
When they reopened it, something happened. "The body's gone." Journey said. The body was gone but the smell was still there. "Like, lets' get out of here." Shaggy said.
"No way! This mystery is getting interesting." Journey said. "What's so interesting about it? The dead guy is gone, so theres nothing to be afraid of." Shaggy said. "Don't try to weasel out of this!" "I'm not. It's one of these dreams I'm having." "What dreams?" Journey asked with her fingers on her chin.
"Can we talk about this when we are not at a creepy place like this?" Shaggy asked. "You mean outside?" Journey asked. "Are we playing 20 questions?" Shaggy asked. "No let's got outside." Journey said while walking out. Scooby and Shaggy followed.
Outside Shaggy ran back in the house to get his dream/nightmare journal. "What's this?" "When ever I have a nightmare, I like, write whatever I remember." Shaggy said. Journey skimmed through it.
"One of those nightmares is coming true." "How long have you been getting these nightmares?" "Last year." Shaggy said. Journey got to the nightmare section of the journal. She found something interesting.
She read the entry. It describes the nightmare, what happened, and what he could remember.
It said: "I having this nightmare when I wake up and walk into a dark room, there was like, someone on the ground. It had long reddish hair, brown eyes. It was definitely a girl. She was laying face flat on the floor. Blood all over the wooden floor. It was a small room it was like a baby room but it was all black. There was a weapon on the floor next to the victim. I feel like that Journey, Scooby and I are being watched. I feel that there was a ghost there. Looking through the windows. Watching us sleep, eat or imaging us dead with different kinds of weapons." Journey closed the book.
"That was scary. With me being the one that is deathly scared of sharp things, that was the most queerest thing I've ever read." All three of them went inside of the cabin and looked in that room with oxygen masks on, They found a weapon where the body was.
Journey took some notes. "Whatcha doing?" Shaggy asked. "Taking notes. So far, the body's gone, the weapon is still there, the cabin's a big mess, something's were stolen and my car was stolen. It went on its own. I think someone hot-wired the wires from the front of it." Journey said while writing. "How can you write while talking?" "I have strange talents." Journey said. She didn't bother to look up.
"Do you think that the car was hot wired?" "I think so. Or else it wouldn't move on it's own." Then they heard something else far away. "What's that?" Shaggy said while jumping in Scooby's arms. "I don't know but I'm finding out." Journey said. "Man like, you're as gutsy as your sister." Shaggy said.
Journey went outside. Shaggy and Scooby followed. What they saw was unbelievable. Two zombies were looking at them. They screamed as loud as they could and ran for their lives. They ran to the cabin. "Lock every thing you see." Journey said. The doors, windows, closets and the Chinas were locked.
"Like do you think they're going to come in?" Shaggy asked. "I don't know." The zombies slammed on the doors and windows. "Okay, don't panic." When the zombies opened the door with 100 slams to it. "Okay Panic!" Journey said. Scooby and Shaggy ran as fast as they can. Journey just standed there. "Like, are you going to run?" "You two run. I'll figure out a way to hide." "Like, okay." Shaggy and Scooby ran outside.
Shaggy and Scooby went to a secluded place to hide. "Zoinks. Poor Journey. It was her decision to stay." "Re right ret rurt." "She might get hurt?" "Reah." Scooby said. "We feel like we are scardy cats when we have a brave heart to join us." "Raveheart?" Scooby said. "Like I'm talking about Journey." "Roh." Scooby said. There was silence. "Do you hear anything?" "Romerody running rere." "It must be her." Journey ran to the place where Scooby and Shaggy were.
"Are you two okay?" Journey said. "Like why did you stay at the cabin?" Shaggy asked. "I remember something from your journal." "Like what?" "Both of them had important clues on himself." "So like, what happened to them?" "They're still in the cabin." Then they heard some car running. Then saw Journey's car. "Hey that's my car."
"Like, no one is driving it and the motor is on." "I was right. It was hot wired." Journey said. Journey got in the path of the car and when it came to her, she jumped in the driver's seat and stopped the car. "Journey stopped the car." Shaggy said. "Reah Rouney ropped re rar." Scooby said in cheer. "Everyone hop in." Journey said. Scooby and Shaggy hopped in. "Where are we going?" "Back to the cabin." "What are you like nuts?" "Don't worry, I've already devised a plan to capture them." "What?" "I've already set it up." "What did you use for bait?" "A dummy." Then they heard noises.
When they got back, Journey stopped the car and all of them went inside. They found out that the cabin was inside out. "Was this like suppose to happen?" "I don't know. Let's check the rooms." Journey said. So everyone checked the rooms. Shaggy found something. "Hey like come here guys, I think I found something. Come here." So Journey and Scooby came to where Shaggy was.
Shaggy knelt down on one knee on the floor. "What is it Shaggy?" Journey asked. "Like, there is a big hole in the floor." Shaggy said. Journey and Scooby joined Shaggy on the floor. "And look what we've found!" Journey said. "Looks like the zombies are caught." Shaggy said. "Rombies rere raught." Scooby said.
Soon as the cops came, they looked through the room. "It was all a fake." "Then the killing wasn't real. But why was the smell there?" Journey asked. "Does this give you a clue?" One of the cops said. "It was one of these cans of very swampy spray." He said while giving it to her. "Well the zombies are caught thanks to you three." The second one said. "The blood wasn't real, the zombies used a cans of spray. But where's the so-called "body"? And what does this prove?" "It was all a act with a dummy they sprayed the spray all over the room to make it look like that the "body" smell bad." The cop said.
Journey opened the hood of her car. "My car was hot wired. They stole the car when I had the keys to them." Journey said. "Then Like, later on, we found it in one of the hiding places moving it on its' own. We knew it was like, hot wired." Shaggy said. "Reah rot wired." Scooby said. "I think you should take this to the shop as soon as possible." The cop recommended. "There's one problem." Journey said. "What's that?" "It's all out of gas. I'm going to call Access to give us a lift. And call a truck to take it to the shop." Journey said.
the cops arrested the criminals. Journey called Access and the auto body repair to bring a truck. "We're okay." They packed up and left for home. "Did you guys have a good time?" Access asked. "We had a scary time." Journey said while Access and the gang drove off.
"A scary time? What happened?" "Let's just say that a nightmare come true." "Tell me what happened?" Access asked. "Man, like this is going to be a long story." Shaggy said. "Scooby Dooby Doooo!" Scooby said. He winked.
