Summit Pack Goat started is 1998 with our desire to have an affordable, safe, efficient means to pack into the backcountry. Goats are the answer. Easy keepers, easy to transport, and will follow you anywhere, so no trails required.
As we searched for quality pack goats, we realized the need to start a breeding program that produced outstanding packers. Our experiences have inspired us to help educate people to the advantages of packing with goats.
