How to make your own Placebo calendar...
supplies:
  • one crappy calendar for the current or upcoming year
  • at least enough pictures of Placebo to cover the crap calendar's pictures
(i found Placebo desktop wallpapers work very well)
  • glue or rubber cement
  • pen or marker
  • scissors
  • stickers*
  • glitter*
*if desired
directions:
  1. Cut out your Placebo pictures and layout what picture goes with what month.
  2. Carefully glue them on top of the crap calendar's original pictures.
  3. If you desire, use stickers or glue and glitter to cover up any words or other pictures you don't like and to add a nice touch.
  4. With the pen or marker write in your own holidays (like the 2nd of May or the band members' birthdays) and special occasions (like the anniversary of the first time you heard Placebo).
a few notes i found helpful: photocopied and/or computer printed pics work best because they can more easily be replaced. you can use themed pictures to match the month's holidays/season (like a pic of Stef & Brian kissing for february or a pic of them looking sweaty for june). when the year is over you can tear the pages out and use the Placebo pictures elsewhere.

my test example: i used a stupid calender with pictures of flowers. i covered each picture with Placebo, then glued scraps of white paper over the print about each flower. then, since my handwriting is utter crap, i typed & printed out info about Placebo to glue on whereever i wanted.
