In recent days, terrorists and criminals have attacked innocent Iraqis.  These individuals desire to return Saddam Hussein to power and restore his reign of terror.  Saddam killed over 300,000 Iraqis during his rule and he continues to kill or injure Iraqis even today by inspiring attacks against the Iraqi people.  These continued attacks may force Iraqi and Coalition Security Forces to take military action in your neighborhoods. These operations, while necessary for your safety, decrease our ability to assist you in the reconstruction of your country.  If you want your families to be safe, help us find Saddam Hussein and the criminals who are conducting these attacks in his name.  The Coalition is committed to assisting you in building a new Iraq. The Coalition will leave only when you are safe from those who would do you harm.  But many of you know who is planning and conducting these attacks and you are responsible for the deaths they cause if you do not help us to find them.  Anyone who has knowledge of former regime loyalists, foreign fighters, or terrorists must report them to the Iraqi Police or Coalition Forces.  The Coalition offers significant rewards to anyone that provides information leading to the capture of these criminals.  In addition, the Coalition is offering a reward of $25 Million American Dollars for information leading to the location and arrest of Saddam Hussein.

 

لوحظ في الآونة الأخيرة ان مجرمين وإرهابيين يهاجمون العراقيين الأبرياء ، هؤلاء الأشخاص يرغبون بعودة

صدام حسين الى السلطة واستعادة حكمه الظالم . قام صدام بقتل أكثر من 300000 عراقي خلال فترة حكمه وهو مستمر الآن بقتل او جرح عراقيين أبرياء من خلال تنظيم هجمات ضد الشعب العراقي . وهذه الهجمات المستمرة تلزم القوات العراقية وقوات التحالف بتنفيذ عمليات مداهمة وتفتيش في أحيائكم . في حين ان هذه العمليات ضرورية لأمنكم ولكنها تؤثر سلباً على قابليتنا في مساعدتكم لإعادة إعمار بلدكم ,اذا كنتم تريدون الأمان لعوائلكم فساعدونا في إيجاد صدام حسين ومجرميه الذين يقومون بتنفيذ هذه الهجمات ضدكم. وفي نفس الوقت يلتزم التحالف بمساعدتكم في بناء عراق جديد. وطبعاً قوات التحالف لا تغادر إلا بعد الاطمئنان على راحتكم وسلامتكم من الذين يريدون إيذاء كم. ولكن الكثيرين منكم لديه معلومات عن الذين يخططون ويقومون بهذه الهجمات وهؤلاء مسؤولون عن حوادث القتل التي تحدث بسببهم للأبرياء اذا لم يساعدونا في إيجادهم. وان اي شخص لديه معلومات عن المؤيدين للنظام السابق من فدائيين او كبار حزب البعث او مقاتلين أجانب او إرهابيين فيجب عليه فوراً تبليغ الشرطة العراقية او قوات التحالف. هذا وتقوم قوات التحالف بعرض مكافآات مالية قيمة للذين يدلون بمعلومات تقود الى القاء القبض على هؤلاء المجرمين. بالإضافة إلى ذلك يمنح التحالف مكافأة مالية قدرها 25 مليون دولار امريكي لاي شخص يمتلك معلومات تقود الى مكان صدام وتمكن من اعتقاله.
