The Ronin Warriors: The Sequel
Lauren awoke from her coma two weeks later. The first thing she saw was Quatre, gripping her hand and sleeping with his head on the edge of the bed. Lauren looked around the room. She also saw Duo and Chi Cha curled up in two soft chairs. She then saw IceFire, Armorine, Princess of Hell, and Heero on the other side of the hospital bed. IceFire jumped up from her seat and hugged Lauren when she noticed that Lauren was awake. IceFire and Lauren talked quietly so they wouldn't wake the others. Lauren asked, "How long was I the coma?" IceFire replied," Lets just say for a long time." They decided to play scatigories while they waited for the others to awaken. Quatre woke up and joined in. After awhile, everyone but Chi Cha and Duo were awake. They were all filled with happiness that Lauren was going to be allright. IceFire scooted everyone out the door except for Princess of Hell and herself. Lauren said," I look horrible, don't I?" They nodded in response. "I think it's time for a makeover!" Princess of Hell exclaimed. IceFire nodded her approval. Princess of Hell, Hell for short, began dumping the all her cosmetics onto the hospital bed. She made Lauren look like she had just walked into a ball. IceFire picked out a silver mini-skirt and silver tank top. Lauren dressed in the outfit. She pulled on a pair of Silver high-heels and a trench coat. The doctor discharged her. When she walked to the others, she noticed that Chi Cha and Duo had awakened. She hugged them tightly. Then she hugged all her friends. She stopped at Quatre. "You waited for me. I thought you would find someone better for you. I really don't deserve you," Lauren said and kissed him deeply. Quatre replied," It is I who doesn't deserve you Lauren. I love you so much. I'm so glad you're going to be alright." They all returned home. No one let Lauren out of her sight. She snuck out that same night. She and Quatre went for a stroll on the beach. Lauren had told him that she needed a breather. Quatre had wanted to get her out of the house for some time by themselves. He was glad Lauren suggested a romantic walk on the beach. He gazed at her lovingly. He knew that this was eternal love. She sat on the sand, near her, the ocean water lapped gently at the shore. Quatre lay next to her, looking up at the sky. Lauren stared deep into the Ocean. She thought of how much the Ocean played into her life. She had lived near the ocean during her youthful years. She hoped that she might be able to find a way for Quatre, Duo, Chi Cha, IceFire, Princess of Hell, the others, and herself to live forever. Lauren grew into the clan of the Ronin Warriors. She became known as Princess Starlight, Princess of Heaven, Princess Heaven Hell, Princess Warrior, Warrior Princess, and Princess Guardian. She gained weapons such as the Hell sword, the Heaven sword, the Heaven Hell sword, the Starlight sword, The Light of the Forest sword, Hell daggers, nail whips, spikes chains, spiked handcuffs, handcuffs, SMG guns, Light bullet guns, miniature guns, and many more weapons. She gained power over the element Ice, Fire, Spirit World, Water, Air, Earth, the Heart, and Light. She had a secret waterfall called The Waterfall of Light and her own forest called The Forest of Light. In the forest, there were golden roses that grew. They were the only golden roses in the world. She would smell one and regain perfect health. If she didn't want to smell the roses, she could pick a golden pear from The Tree of Light and be fully healed. She occasionally let her friends come to her waterfall or in her forest.
Several years later, Lauren was aware that she was changing a lot. She was upset and horrified that she could be so mean. She ran away, planning to never come back. She changed her name to Lady DeWinters. This new name came along with a new identity. Lady DeWinter's new first name was Alexia. She thought that she would be able to go back to the Ronin Warriors under this name. She thought she could be the sweet person she once was. She gathered as much information as she could about what she was like back then. She hoped it would be good enough. She cut her hair shoulder length and put green & blue streaks in it. She left her eyes the wonderful light sparkling blue they were. She thought she could get away with that much at least. She pulled on a black, just past knees, dress. She also put on long black boots. She added black Italian sunglasses for the final touch. She put on a leather jacket, loaded with all her old weapons and a couple new ones. She climbed on her black stallion and rode off towards the Ronin Warrior Clan. She arrived late at night. She hopped off her black Stallion, Thunder, and began to walk him to the stables. She just put her horse in a stall and along came her Grandfather she had as Lauren, his name was Syre. He had the power to see through her disguise and see that it was her. Syre walked up to her and said," Hello Granddaughter. Or should I say Miss DeWinters." He smiled at her knowingly. She said quietly," Please grandfather, don't tell anyone. I'm trying to start over, my life was ruined as Lauren. I beg you not to tell anyone." Syre replied," I won't tell. Do me this favor please. Go see your children and Quatre. The have not given up the hope that you would return. The others think you're dead. Do me that one favor, please." She nodded and quickly ran into her grandfather's castle. She stayed in on of his extra rooms. They said goodnight. She had a dream that everyone found out who she was. She woke up early the next morning. She made herself look like she did as Lauren. She used the key to her castle and snuck in. She peeked in at Chi Cha and Duo. She kissed them lightly on the forehead. Then she headed for Quatre's room. She kissed him lightly and snuggled into bed next-to him. She slept peacefully. In the morning, Chi Cha and Duo ran into her room and jumped on the bed. They woke her with a start. She felt Quatre moving next-to her. She knew it was too late to sneak out now. Duo and Chi Cha were now 10 years old and missed their mother a lot. She hugged them tightly to her, not wanting to let them go. Quatre woke up and looked at her with a startled face. "Goodmorning sweetheart." Lauren said cheerfully. Quatre kissed her and hugged her for about 10 minutes. "I wasn't gone that long, was I dear?" Lauren asked. Quatre just smiled. He told the kids to go play. Duo and Chi Cha ran outside and played. Lauren caught up on what had been happening around there. She smiled. She told him she was pregnant again. She also told him the baby was due in 2 hrs. She said she had to leave Quatre and she couldn't come back. Quatre's smile vanished from his face. He looked at the ground, not letting Lauren see the pain in his eyes. He nodded and said ok. Lauren walked outside and kissed her children. She jumped on her stallion and rode back to her Grandfather Syre's castle. She put Thunder in his stall, made herself look like Alexia again, and went to her grandfather's room. She knocked lightly and he opened the door.
