To anyone who defends the quality of STAR WARS: THE PHANTOM MENACE, I say see this film and realize what true fantasy can be. Great characters and creatures, a strong underlying theme, great acting talents (save a miscast performance by Billy Bob Thorton), lots of action, and a sense of wonder, this was has it all. A good amount of trademark Anime gore, but its usually not glorified. I'd say this movie's excellent for anyone, child, teen or adult. A couple of cheesy lines don't affect it much. Good Job.
