From the Worren Clan just like his predecessor Katt,
Rei is a thief who inhabits the Cedar Woods with
his partner Teepo. One day, the two of them find a
young orphen named Ryu on the road. They take care of
him and make him part of their band. It turns out that
Ryu is really part of a lost race called the Dragon
Clan, and the three of them set off to find out more
about his secret past. Rei is skilled in theivery and
uses his sharp daggers to cut his enemies down.
