In a post-apocalyptic future, mankind has become plagued by various monsters and magical creatures that have come out of hiding and entered human society. To maintain the peace, freelance police help keep the streets safe. One of these officers is the catgirl Natsuki. She is a young orphen who lives on her own in a house filled with cats. Natsuki has two symbiote creatures inside her hair that pop out on occassion and
help her fight crime by shooting out sparks of electricity. Natsuki is a terrible shot with guns though, so usually relies on her own catlike skills, her magic powers, and her orihalcon dagger. She is first partnered with the werewolf Batenen, and then with her later-on-roomate, the kitsune Sakura. Natsuki
loves coffee, and often hangs out at a local diner. Even though she is humanoid, she still acts like a cat and gets distracted by small moving objects.
