On an Earth-like world, lives a species called moombas.
They are a mix of tiger and lion. Moombas are usually
very passive creatures, but can turn ferocious when
necessary. They are even capable of speaking human
language, but only slightly. Some of them are
kept as pets, while others sometimes labor for humans
in underground mines and to perform mundane tasks.
One particular group of Moombas helped the heroic
Lugana Loire rid the planet of an evil sorceress. They
are also fast runners and have taken part in certain
racing events.
