Kokutenko acts as the spirit beast for doushi Shinkohko. He can fly in the air and speak telepathicly. Often watches events of the world unfold from his master's magical viewing device which is
similar to a television. Kokutenko has a strange sense
of humor, and usually only points things out when its appropriate.
