Artemis was a guardian cat for the Moon Kingdom during
the Silver Millineum a thousand years ago. But, because of an attack from
a dark kindgom, the Moon was devastated. The only survivors were
himself, his partner Luna, and Queen Serenity who sent them both to
be reicarnated in the future along with the rest of the Moon
Kingdom's court. Later on, Artemis was brought back to life and
helped the princess of the planet Venus who was called Mina to
reclaim her memories. Together, the two of them fought off the
opposing forces of the dark kingdom who had reawakened before the
rest of the Moon Kingdom's court. Mina, now called Sailor V,
and Artemis fought evil as well as crime before eventually
meeting up with the rest of the planet princesses called the
Sailor Scouts. Artemis remained Mina's friend and advisor.
With the rest of the Sailor Scouts, he helps protect Earth from
invading evils. He and Luna have fallen in love with each other
and have even recieved a visit from their daughter from the
future, Diana.
