Alicia is one the Pris sisters that lead the Black
Cats gang in the land of Prairie. Pris and her sisters
Glare and Stare are not actually related but all orphens who joined together to form their own band of sky pirates. They usually pilot special cat-styled mechas provided by their benefactor, Fool. Alicia has to find a set of crystals for him, and in exchange the cat population of Prairie will be given their own nation. Alicia also shares some past with the policedog Waffle, who is on their case. Wears an eyepatch to look tough, although she had two perfectly good eyes.
